Sorry to be that person, but nonplussed means puzzled or confused. It's one of those (annoying) words that doesn't sound like its meaning. Given the context of the statement, he probably wants something like nonchalant instead.

Conal is the Community Manager and I'm not even sure what the full scope of his duties are. I know he's involved on a lot of the videos BioWare puts out (which he's probably getting props for in his last couple of tweets), possibly in charge of their Twitter/Facebook accounts(?), and occasionally makes announcement posts here.

Supposedly an alternate meaning of "unfazed, unaffected, or unimpressed" is becoming more common in North America. I've read it being used in both senses.
