Not unless you count a Mass Effect: Andromeda trailer as something, no. Nobody mentioned Dragon Age at all.

So... what was the point of Mark's tease tweeting, again?
Not that I'm not happy to see some MEA. (If that's what the CC can produce at the end, that's gonna look amazing.) Still disappointed, though.

Someone with a Twitter account could try asking him if that's all the BioWare news we're getting for now? Probably he was just promoting the new Andromeda trailer, which would explain the RGB thing ...

Pretty sure he stated the blue color thing was specifically dragon age? Or at least indirectly did by posting the "well here is something from a meeting for DAI' thing with the orange gradient.
And that burning animal head red book cover thing is not ME.

But why would a dev exclusively tied to DA franchise say anything about trailer for MEA? From what I've seen DA people hardly ever share MEA hints on their twitters, if at all.
Anyway, I kind of wonder if the same thing that the one with Descent happened. It was supposed to be aired on.... uh, I don't remember its name, but it was a big gaming event in Europe. But some stuff happened behind the scenes and we didn't see it there.

Mark Darrah was credited with "Bioware Special Thanks" for Mass Effect. Mass Effect was originally produced in Edmonton by Bioware.

After Mark Darrah posted his "blue" tweet, Mark retweeted a misleading tweet from "Leilah":

You're talking about something from years ago, not what is happening currently.

Yeah that's what I was thinking of. So, sure, Mark didn't claim it was from DAI. But this Leilah person did. And he retweeted it with no contradiction. Point is, he's been talking about Dragon Age stuff, not ME, so I don't think his hype was for ME. Except perhaps trying to get DA fans to watch the stream for ratings' sake, but I don't think he'd bait and switch like that.

There is cross-pollenization between Mass Effect and Dragon Age ... Patrick Karin and Luke come to mind
He worked in the same building as the team that produced the original Mass Effect.
Why would he not post an obscure tweet in pre-emptive support of Mass Efect?

... Because we have Mass Effect team for that?
And because all the hints they've tweeted already point predominantly towards Dragon Age franchise.

Microsoft just announced the next XBox (Project Scorpio) coming Holiday 2017. That, along with the upgraded PS4 coming, should mean good things for next DA (and possibly the New IP too). ![]()

I think that'll be the IP's "year", but we may get a little bit of DA4 in there.

Agreed, it'll be all about the New IP next year, but maybe we'll get a tidbit on whatever-they-agreed-on-for-Dragon-Age-Day (Sept. 30th?). ![]()
