RE qunari: Whether they are redesigned or not doesn't bother me too much. However, if we do see groups of qunari, I really hope they aren't all clones, as in DA2. In fact, the only unique looking (racial) qunari in the whole of DA2 were the Arishok and Salit. Even then though, armor and voice acting helped tremendously. Most qunari have the exact same face, which is jarring after a while. I understand the necessity for reusing models, but it would be nice to have a few difference faces floating around, particularly with NPCs we have conversations with.

Yeah, Cameron said the village Varric was in was destroyed because of a choice the player made. It's not inevitable, and making another decision could've led to a different outcome.
(For all we know, it's likely it was destroyed before Varric got there)
From the way you wrote it I interpreted it to be a similar situation to making the choice to abandon Redlciffe in DAO. If you do that Redcliffe is destroyed when you return.
It sounds awesome to me, and I'm looking forward to such choices. My only concern with revealing stuff like this before release is that when we are finally presented with said choice in the game that the possible outcome is not obvious because of developer tid bits like this. On the other hand, I might just forget that I even read about it by next fall.
