Or they just haven't announced it yet. They might still be trying to determine if they have the time and resources to add Kossith as one of our choices.

They keep on talking about dwarves and elves specifically though.

Why would they have gameinformer make a video about something they're not fully sure of yet?
They don't know how many races they can offer, but they make a video about races?

Each additional race requires tons of additional time and resources. They've already locked down elves and dwarves but may not have locked down Kossith. They keep their language vague about more races though so my money is on the decision not being final yet.

because they are sure elves and dwarves are in, since they are including races keeping out either of those two would make quite a bit of anger come from the fanbase. Kossith are not expected and they probably need to work on them some more.

That doesnt mean they are in, but the possibility of them being in is not gone, dont destroy your hope but definetly lower it, it's not likely but it is still possible

Excellent! All my complete DAO saves were elves, good to get the opportunity again. The models for the races look good, the elven male looked how Zevran should have looked in DA2.

Im just wandering if they'll include Black and Asian people in the modeling? Elves last game almost had an Asian eye to them, with nothing else looking remotely Asian, but it was closest we've gotten to another race in DA that wasnt made up. Will we get to choose features to make our characters look more than just White people with tinted skin when we want Black characters or make an Asian character? Granted Choco-Beth wasnt bad looking....for your sister...(Clears throat), but your PC still didnt rep your race too well if your a person of color. Even if they just offer us some Black and Asian hair styles/facial hair this time around.

A few devs have said that the new engine is allowing for better dark skin tones so I would imagine they're going to overhaul the character creator enough to better accommodate more races.

If that is Inquisitor armor/uniform that the race models are wearing then I really approve of the look. The collars and buttons give off a Victorian vibe.

They're all wearing an Inquisition-emblazoned thingy on their chests and the outfit is basically the same for all of them so I assume that's a look they're for the Inquisitor(at least for now).

I've heard talk of upgrading armor being present in the game, but have not been able to track down this info myself.
Perhaps it is in the September Gameinformer, which I will be sure to pick up when it hits stores.  Hopefully we can get access to this armor early, as opposed to champion armor in DA2, and it can be upgraded so we can keep wearing it as we level up because I'm really loving this look atm.

I just love that male elf, pure and simple. he's cute.
The male human has a mysterious look. Like he's gonna trick you the second you turn your back to him. lol.....but that's just me.

to return the option to be chosen again race is a great success by Bioware, DAI'm very excited, I am convinced it will be a great game, I have a good feeling, I like Morrigan again, and it seems consistent not bandmate is compensated to be very important in the history of the game, I also love riding, but also be able fellow riding? if so to Varric have to get a pony

Nice, I totally didn't notice the Inquisition symbol.

I guess those are possible character-creation options (or at least very rough mockups or concepts) for the player character.
