CULLEN VO SESSION!?

SHUT UP AND TAKE MY MONEY!

No, I'm seriously not kidding, you make Cullen an LI in this game, I will buy two copies of the collector's edition.

What's so good about cullen? Did I miss something?

Yeah i also didn't know untill the fangirls annoyed me so much that i googled it,looks like Cullen is a templarswho falls in love with your female mage, forbbiden love,no wonder fangirls want him...

Oh please, it's more than just THAT. He played a rather prominient role in DA2, gets over his fears of mages and he's just... yummy. <3

I think the ladies find Cullen's nervousness endearing and his voice to be charming.

He has a built-in fanbase; why not bring him back instead of rolling the dice on some other male love interest?

THIS. ALL OF THIS.

So guys remember, we've been asking for this since before DA2 and it is perfectly fine to keep wishing.

I WANT A ROMANCEABLE FEMALE QUNARI.

This! I'd love to have Kossith be an option if they bring back race choice more but if not than definately this!

what's the big deal about cullen in DA:O he wanted to kill every mage in the tower because they might be blood mages and in DA2 he was nothing but a yes man

With a name like Dragon Age 3 Inquisition I somehow think of the 40k Dark Heresy game

You haven't even bothered to read the previous posts, have you? <_<

Also, Cullen was severally traumtised from the Mage's Tower in DA:O, I'd want to kill all mages too after that. And he DID defy Meredith at the end of DA2.

You say that like it's a bad thing. To be fair the demons have a great similiarity to 40ks chaos anyway.

Anyway \\end OT sorry

So true :( *shakes fist* :P , still, I'm just finally glad that they've officially announced the game <3

I have 2 requests for the game so far;

1) Intigrate an easter egg/reference to the Monty Python Spanish Inquisition skit somehow, if they don't do this I will lose all respect for Bioware

2) In regards to all the Cullen talk, I actually wouldn't mind having him as a potential companion/LI in DAIII ;):wizard:. He has a lot of potential I think, and though he's been in both DA games, he hasn't been overused or anything like that. He still has the potential for character growth and would be an asset to DAIII :kissing: <3

From the press release:

“The Dragon Age team has been working on Dragon Age 3: Inquisition for almost two years now,” said Aaryn Flynn, General Manager of BioWare Edmonton and BioWare Montreal. “We’ve been poring over player feedback from past games and connecting directly with our fans. They haven’t held back, so we’re not either. With Dragon Age 3: Inquisition, we want to give fans what they’re asking for – a great story with choices that matter, a massive world to explore, deep customization and combat that is both tactical and visceral.”

Where have we heard that before? Posted Image

So long as it's not going to be JUST FPS view.  I'll do my best to muscle through, but playing video games while motion sick is no fun.

If the developers are already playing it, testing it out, then show us a snippet! C'mon man! Hope they don't wait until next year to show something. VGA's is a good place to show off DA3.

It’s looking good and we’re proud of the team’s progress but we still have a ways to go before we show you anything. We’re doing this right and spending the time to make sure we deliver the game you all deserve.

How many times have we heard this and been disappointed? Talk is cheap.

Oh, no, I don't think it's going to be FPS at all....!

Frostbite 2 is an engine that can be configured to do a bunch of different things, it's been used for third-person shooters and even an RTS (Command and Conquer). Just because it's most well-known for being an FPS shooter engine, doesn't mean DA3 will be using a first-person view.

(It might, but... that'd be weird, Bioware's always made third-person games)

I never even considered that it'd be anything other than third-person, actually.

A first-person view really would be taking a leaf out of Skyrim's book, I don't know that I'd enjoy it at all.

(One thing though, why upgrade to Frostbite and impress us with a shiny armour customisation system if we weren't able to see it on our character - that, if anything, makes me almost certain it'll remain third-person)

I would like some clarity around this too, I guess we'll just have to wait.
I don't mind first-person...in other games. I don't know how I would feel about it in Dragon Age :?, I'd have to play DA3 first before deciding if I'd like it or not. If however it's an option and you can choose to play in third-person or first-person, I'd be ok with that :). Having the option might be interesting.
