Yeah, that's not valid criticism. We don't know the context and they clearly said right in the video that either choice can carry serious consequences.

But those rams look exactly like rams. Halla and nugs are entirely fictional creatures.

Rams are the male version of a number of diffent animal/sheep types.

Bighorn sheep - Rams 
Domesitc sheep - Rams

Not all males only have horns.

Halla were like a variety of deer.  This creature could be called anything.

In a concept art with the pride demon (DA site, the Media part), there is a bald man with a type of staff and (probably) pointy years, that resemble a lot the male elf in the concept art with the inquisitor and his group around a table, so I'll guess it's a lot likely to be a companion (in the same art there are Vivienne and the Warden).

Just saw the devs diary videos !
I had this huge Jurassic Parc feeling when the dragon landed , it was so coool seeing all the wildlife running away.
I'm impressed.

Well maybe customize the stats , put some enchantment etc...
They said we could keep our crappy armor if we like it and just upgrade it during the game (or just craft the same model with better stats , can't remember.)
I guess it can work with weapons too?

Customisation as a noun, so... presumably multiple ways to modify weapons? 

Crafting might be something that's emphasised in Inquisition, since it was something they asked for feedback on a while ago, and similar systems worked well in something like Skyrim.

Yeah, as if Dragon Age Inquisition will truly have an open world gameplay like Skyrim.

I dislike sweeping statements from Bioware like this one. Not the first time Mike Laidlaw said a statement that gets attention and raises expectations but not entirely true. I get what Mike is getting at, there's a bigger world, bigger exploration areas and you're able to take control of your own organization, that's more freedom then before, but does not warrant the statement 'ALL about freedom'.
