It's a drake.

Both male and females start out as dragonlings. When they hit puberty, females grow wings while males get the vestigial spikes. The males stay at that size while the females continue to grow.

Male: Dragonling -> Drake
Female Dragonling -> Dragon -> Mature Dragon -> High Dragon.

The elf and mustache guy look yummy...
I didn't really like mustache/spear guy because I thought he had a bad case of pornstache and mullet in the early artwork .Well i just change my mind.

On a less shallow note , the artwork are just impressive and I really hope we're going to be able to have game moment with the whole gang ....
It's something I really wanted in DA2.

That's definitely Cullen and Unknown Scribe Lady, as well as a couple more who I have no idea about. Probably not *everyone* in this picture is a companion, if they were drawing concept arts for pivotal scenes I imagine it'd include important NPCs, 'agents' or other characters who were also meant to be there, story-wise. 

Also, does the Inquisitor really need that many Inquisition logos on himself?

It's almost as bad as Cerberus!

I really doubt an elf could be magister in Tevinter.
Nothing's impossible but seeing how their society works , it 'd seem very complicated for an elf to rise the rank.
They have almost a caste thing going on over there.
