That would be one the Inquisitor, most likely, and that elf doesn't look anything like Sera from what I've seen so far.

Hmmm.

Again, great interview. I like Sessler and you can tell he really loves the series. 

But the video is such a joke of juxtaposition. They talk about the tactical camera and the show scenes where you are zoomed in as close the main player as possible. They talk about party tactics and then show the player doing a barrel roll, giving no orders or commands. They talk about leading an organization and show nothing but clips of the E3 teaser video, instead of showing us any type of system of what that means. 

Days like today, I really wish they would "show, not tell" in stuff like this.

Her leaked concept art had her as blonde. It might not be her but she's the only known elf so far and she's hanging around with already two shown companion (Cassandra and Warden) so I'm just predicting it's her.

According to people that were there they showed off the tactical cam behind closed doors. They could be mistaken or bull****ting though.
