I hope it looks at least decent on the PS3 because I'm not sure I can afford the PS4 before DAI comes out. I'll get it eventually, I'm sure, but still.
At PAX it was mentioned that they can adjust performance for the current-gen consoles in other ways, for example having fewer ambient people/soldiers wandering around the Inquisition keeps and towns.
I'm sure there'll be a graphical hit in terms of textures and how pretty characters look, but Frostbite is meant to be a highly flexible and scaleable engine.

You have over a year. If you sock away $8 a week until then you should be able to buy a PS4 and a DAI Collector's Edition.

I'm OOO at the moment, but I believe the week before PAX was a bug week, and last week was a DA Week (do side project stuff).
As such, this week is probably the first week of the sprint so a reasonable estimate would probably be end of this month or early October.

Does anyone know if there be a second "correct" edition of WoT? Nevermind the contradictions in the first one, but I'd like a paperback to carry around better than hardcover.

sounds fun but no. Sprint review is a day when all the DAI teams have their internal presntations and we get lots of vague tweets and some funny tweets as wellElfman wrote...
What is a sprint review day? Is it when a lot of journalists get a quick play of DAI and I have to go sacrifice some virgins out of jealousy?

Ooh cool! Thanks! Still sounds like I'll need to sharpen my ceremonial dagger though.
I hate that I love Bioware sometimes.

Bioware uses a development methedology known as Scrum or Agile. In this methedology the philosophy is to do the least thing possible that works well. This will mean instead of working things at a linear pace, Bioware will do the work in chunks and iterations. This is a linear development model.

Notice how it is hard for them to go back and make changes? This development cycle was actually current when there was a great software depression. Software used to be hard to develop as it was not on time, on budget or profitable in a sense. This caused experts to think about alternate development methods. Agile is one of them.
Notice how they are concentrating on not everything as a whole but are concentrating on chunks when it comes to concepts? Now the next question is what would be a sprint review day?
After each iteration the team gathers around to show their progress on iterations. These iterations are known as "sprints" and sprint review day is just a way that the team can get a perspective of where everyone is at. Hopefully this has been helpful.

Don't know who recorded it.
Jessica M. was the moderator.
It was hard to read the names of the panelists.
The ones on the near end I knew, the ones on the far end I don't .
Hard to hear the questions and hard to hear the answers.
shrugs
Darrah made some funny comments about Seattle.
Tell me about Seattle .
If I been there I would have said Nirvana.

LOL! You math types are always causing trouble for us impractical, seat-of-the-pants types.
Me:
"It's only $5. I'm not going to max out my credit card with $5."
Real world:
$5 x {infinity} = I don't want to think about that right now....
