I believe one of the online services devs said eventually they'd want to be running very large tests to stress the system, so even if people miss out on the early stages Bioware are going to be progressively adding more people.

(Maybe the idea is to see how intensively people use the system and avoid the launch issues that have affected some of EA's other online products)

Also, have we seen any urban areas in concept art yet? Crestwood aside it's mostly been shots of the great outdoors (which makes sense marketing-wise, I suppose).
