I spend a really, really long time. Like an hour or so. Because my character has to be perfect. And if I get her out in different lighting and she doesn't look perfect in different lighting, I start all over.

Also, pointy hats AGAIN?! Sheesh.

I hope that they'll have the mirror in Inquisition, without making it a DLC item. It would be nice to have something like that in your Keep's bedroom or something.

Word!  I liked being able to fix features that didn't look right when actually in the game.  I also liked changing my Hawke's hair each Act to show time lapse.

I'd like to know too. The connection Montreal=MP is easy to make, though DA and ME have completely different type of combat. The experienced on working on an online component is valuable, but the work on the combat would be probably harder than in ME.
Considering that they are developing a full game, it seems odd that they're working on DA too, regardless of the type of content.

Nothing special:
Both studios help each other on their projects, in case of Montreal, they receive support from Edmonton for the next ME. In fact, they've taken some of DAI's core system to help the development of their game.
In the past, Edmonton had help from assets to secondary missions for ME 2 and 3, so it's not really a surprise to see Montreal in a DAI's sprint review.
