Complete speculation, but if there is going to be some sort of co-op multiplayer component I think it could work really well in a style akin to ME3's.
(and Aaryn Flynn's tweet did get me thinking that one of the reasons they switched to Frostbite was for multiplayer, although that's a bit of leap of assumptions on my part)
Give each class three skills/talents, have battlegrounds across Thedas, I think it could work really well. The IP instantly lends itself to a bunch of unlockable racial/class combinations a la ME3 (elves, dwarves, humans, qunari, Tevinter, Ferelden, Orlais, mages, chevaliers, knights, magisters, rogues, thieves) and I'm sure there are enough microtransaction possibilities in the armour and equipment customisation system to warm the heart of any executive.
There are a myriad of co-op roles that can be occupied by certain classes (tanking, healing, support, damage), cross-class combos with spells/abilities, resistances, enemy types...
Also,
this t-shirt Cameron Lee tweeted about kinda vaguely reminds me of the icons for powers in ME3 MP. Clutching at straws ahoy!
