It would be the second change of voice actor for Anders if that was the case.

"Hell yes I'm back, so that means that my character is definitely making an appearance!"
He can't exactly confirm the appearance of Anders, that would be too much of a spoiler. (Although if we're going to see Hawke, like I think we will, then there's a good chance Hawke's LI will be there too)

Or, you know, new VA. Maybe gruffer sounding to match Justice's voice.

His original voice actor was Greg Ellis, and he has once confirmed he's in Dragon Age: Inquisition. From what I've heard, he was only Cullen in DA2 because he had to shoot Pirates of the Caribbean and only had time to do the minor part in DA2. He may still return as Anders, but I guess time will tell.

I wouldn't be surprised if Justice/Vengeance were a key character in this one. I've always had this wish that he would become the main antagonist.

I don't think Justice/Vengeance has any of the qualifications to be a primary antagonist* but I could see it playing a role in Inquisition.


*It's just single-minded and doesn't have any of the makings of being a schemer or mastermind.

Anders will doubtlessly get mentioned considering his little catalysmic contribution in DA2 speeding up one area of conflict, but he did his part.  The man was more than just slipping by the end.  His story was never going to be anything but tragic.

I liked him in Awekening but not after. The concept was cool but he was just not my cup of tea.

There's still a good chunk of "real" work that needs to be done still haha.  She's not a finished game yet
