 It's a shame the project was cancelled, most game publishers are trying to be too safe nowadays. I wonder how many other projects were scrapped like that because EA thought it would be too risky.

Pity Bioware isn't an independant studio anymore. They could be free to experiment new things, DA2 wouldn't have been rushed at all, Bioware wouldn't have the stigma of being associated with EA IMO... but then again they wouldn't probably have access to much larger funds and Frostbite 3.

"Fires of Right"? Yeah, that sounds like Templars, or maybe just Chantry influence in general. Perhaps a Dalish refuge? Or maybe something left of Arlathan?

I'd really like if it's about the elves/Arlathan. Considering that the dalish/ancient elves are the ones more related to nature/forest, it seems likely that it could be about them.
