Poorly worded on my part TWAU Ep2 isn't out tomorrow, we're just getting a clip from Ep2. It's supposed to come out the first week in February (so hopefully next week!).

You either have something wrong with the chosen country option or you don't have an up to date system on your equipment. I couldn't download HODA for my tablet as well because I didnt have it updated. So maybe thats the way to go.
