That DA2-cast-as-rock-band art is amazing. Although on first glance, I didn't realize they were all in a band and I thought Hawke had a lollipop. Also, is that meant to be Mr. Gaider in the corner giving the thumbs up? Because heh.

We are trying a thing where writers do a few actual bits working in the level in the toolset. Might go badly unsupervised.

So. . . eluvian!

I'm really hoping we get to walk through one in Inquisition!

It's not a DA image...

Matt Rhodes:
Edit: for those asking, this is not an Eluvian. In fact it’s not a Dragon Age image.

I'm fairly sure Jay is a writer on the next Mass Effect, but still interesting to hear what they're trying.

If I recall correctly, one of the advantages to using Frostbite was that it's fairly easy to make changes and see them reflected in the engine quickly - they don't have to wait ages for it to compile before seeing the results.

Yep. I don't know why but for some reason I had Jay confused with Chris PIckford who's a level designer in DAI...

Nothing new... They're in for editing over the next few weeks and it's possible they may not even roll them out right away after that.

It's a great interview. I really hope they do bring Aubrey Ashburn back. Her voice is amazing!

I especially like Sebastian picketing the band in the background with the sign "Rock is Muhrrrderrr!"
