The four in the front. The big thing looks like an harvester (what Orsino turned into, there was one in a DAO DLC too).

This caused me problems while playing as a mage.  I'd always be hurtling headlong into danger as a de facto tank while my less-HP challenged party members were behind me.

Maybe they can make it so the heaviest tank runs in front, with the least heaviest in the back. As long as they're not going nuts running around your character while you're moving around or turning to look at some thing.

Hmm, good question. I know there has been F!Quizzy concept art, but I'm not sure about actual screenshots.

Clear screenshots...I don't think so. There's been some concept art with a female Inquisitor, and there's some that's also ambiguous as to gender/sex (I think intentionally).
