I'd lean towards supporting that extrapolation. If the Inquisitor dying was a fairly prominent ending like the Ultimate Sacrifice in Origins, I don't see why they'd promote post-ending gameplay as a feature.wright1978 wrote...
Liked the way it worked in ME2. Though mainly i'm excited at the idea if the extrapolation that the Inquisitor won't be forced into a tragic ending is true
To me it makes more sense to guess, at this point, that there's no ending in which the Inquisitor can be killed.

That, or maybe some quests won't even unlock until after the main story finishes.Sidney wrote...
Not really sure, unless you have quests you haven't checked off what playing after the game ends means anyways. Yay! I can grind away at random monsters?
They could also specifically make DLC for post-ending worldstates this time around too, unlike DA2 (or ME3, now that I think of it).

It would be fun to actually see the consequences of your decisions post-end game.
I'm just lining up suggestions here, there are tons of stuff you could do to make post-end gameplay interesting.

Well if your Inquisitor dies I imagine the game won't continue post-ending. (Like ME2)
If he survives my guess is you'll be able to play in the world state stemming from the ending you got, so the option to explore, do missions you might have missed is still available.

Wouldn't it be funny if your character could get killed in a quest that unlocks after what seemed to be the main one? Or in a DLC?

Mike Laidlaw @Mike_Laidlaw
@_psdo There will be a mini game in which certain jellies are applied liberally to formal wear, jus' for you!

This would be kinda cool! What a neat idea.ArtemisMoons wrote...
Well they did say that dragons would be really hard to defeat, so there's a chance that some enemies may either require (or very nearly) us to have beaten the game so that we can defeat them. Lol

Can anybody ask them if the fact that DAI is coming out on xbox 360 as well mean that it'll be friendly to older computers?
I don't think so. Frostbite 3 requires a new computers.
Currently: The game does not work on old computers. No optimization etc..

That depends on how old your computer is, I suppose.katerinafm wrote...

If it can run current games that have been ported to Xbox 360, it should be able to run Inquisition.

I'm really surprised about being able to play after the "end".
It's really sweet. But I wonder what it means in game.
Will the ending have an effect on post end game?
Or the end won't matter (your Inquisitor dies , the end , then he's raised from the dead after the epilogue to keep on exploring?) or it will be very self contained (you close the fade breach , so no more green tear in the sky and demons , and you can keep on?)
Well now I'm curious , I don't want too much details storywise , but it would be nice if the devs could explain it.
Exploration , gathering material/crafting and slaying monsters will probably still be available but what about quests?
All I know is I really don't think I will hold interest in Dragon Age if our character disappears again. I really want something solid to happen like his/her death or they get kidnapped by someone. I am not looking forward to our Inquisitor to wonder off and than disappear.
I am also hoping the games ending leaves open for a Major DLC that is also known as an expansion or opening to the next game, I am really hoping Bioware makes a major statement with the content released after the game is released.

I really hope they release a demo for this so I can gauge its performance on my computer and see whether or not I need to buy a new one. I'd prefer not to, but I totally would if I had to for DA:I.

(Not really Inquisition-related, I apologize. I just thought I'd share however.)
