Hunh.

You know, I completely forgot about this picture.

Wonder why there are Tevinter soldiers listed as a faction, if we don't go there? Could they be encountered in other areas of Thedas? Nevarra?

Cough *multiplayer* cough  :P

Hello, sir :) I was curious how will you voice all different inquisitors. Same 2 actors,4 actors or 8 different actors? Ty :)

Mike Laidlaw ‏@Mike_Laidlaw

We haven't discussed that yet, but will sometime before launch.

Early morning #WritersPit discussion: the difference between "crack" and "smack", and whether both can be paired with "ship".

Also, wow, that is super impressive.

Patrick Weekes ‏@PatrickWeekes  And sadly I took that picture too close. Like most mosaics, it looks significantly better when viewed from a waaaaaaays away. :)

Edit:

Patrick Weekes ‏@PatrickWeekes And for those who are curious, a row-by-row progress series I did to keep myself sane. http://loch.pbworks...._making_of.gif

I love seeing process. Super cool.

Nice mosaic! If Mr. Weekes is indeed writing Iron Bull, I wonder if a lifesize Lego sculpture is next? XD

That realization that the bug you've been fighting for an hour is, in fact, entirely PEBKAC.

Patrick Weekes ‏@PatrickWeekes
@eplerjc I cannot tell you how much I want to make a demon called Peb'kac. I imagine you have to solve Towers of Hanoi while fighting him.

John Epler ‏@eplerjc
@PatrickWeekes And in the end, you have to damage yourself to

Sheryl Chee[/b] ‏@SherylChee  @eplerjc @PatrickWeekes I am seriously now running things through my head trying to find a place for a demon named Peb'kac. cc: @roskelld

John Epler[/b] ‏@eplerjc  @Mike_Laidlaw @PatrickWeekes That is incredible. Can we do that?

It's related to DA:I, yes. There were two pictures originally that showed different parts of that chart. I think it's from 2012.

When the Creative Director of DA:I gives you a mission, you drop all the things and make it happen. Now where is that bucket of steam...

Were the Venatori mentioned in World of Thedas? My copy is in another country so I can't check.
Edit: I swear I can spell.

Did a quick scan of my copy and didn't see them mentioned.

I can confirm the Venatori are from Tevinter and they seem to be slaves (Chains all over the body) or used to be... The context on which the pic is used makes things a bit confusing.

You can see one of them at page 87.

Noticed the concept art used there on that page after Reznore57 pointed it out, but all I was saying is it doesn't mention Venatori by name.

I always thought Venatori was a fancy Tevinter word for Slave Warriors (Or something similar), after all, an army of slaves is something Tevinter would do.

LOL Isn't he also writing a novel? When does this man have time to do amazing, awesome Lego reconstructions of concept art?

Sequel to Palace Job is also in the works.

Does Weekes have a personal blog? Because I like how everything on Gaider's posts is about just how well he knows the fanbase rather than about answering questions.

The Latin word "venator" translates to hunter, so Venatori probably means "the hunters". But what are they hunting?
