They did say that the character's may have changed significantly ( she's gone through a number of design changes if they all are the same character) and it's possible she's no longer Serra anymore but we'll see whenever they decide to release them as they have finished writing them which was posted recently here a few days ago.

Anyway this post is what i'm talking about.

I'm not going to say whether she's a companion, or if she's even still in DAI. Not every character mentioned in that survey was a companion, and some of them either no longer exist or have changed signficantly. Hence why I have said before not to hold it up as gospel-- you may be very disappointed.

Yes I know but what i'm saying is we don't know if her name is still " Serra" or not since they did admit that they have changed some characters significantly since the release of the survey and some may not have the same name or even look like they did so they may have given her another name along with the redesigns she's gone through over the year's, that's all.

I don't know; that list seems a bit guy heavy (6/9?!)... I think Bioware would try to make it more even.

Having more male companions doesn't mean there'll be more male romances. The number of male LI and female LI will be the same.

I hope so too.

Replace Cole with a female Dwarf for the base game and move Cole to the day 1 DLC companion slot and thats what I think it will be. I'm sure theres still at least 1 companion we just havent seen or heard anything about.

When DG says it?

Like 5+ month's ago on his tumblr to be more specific he said this in reference to the tavern concept art which Elite posted.

I think my favorite thing about it is how it completely captures the personalities of the characters involved, without any words being required. 

When Luke saw this (the writer for the blonde elf in the middle), I believe he did his customary smirk and just said, “Yup."

Unless something has changed, Gaider said he was writing two romances for DAI. Although, we still have to consider he may have taken on anything that Hepler left behind after leaving the team, including her romancable companion (as azarhal pointed out here).

He's also said that in Inquisition he has got to write a character that he has wanted to write for a long time but has never been able to before, or something to that effect. I have a feeling that this may be the second LI he is writing (I assume Cassandra is the first), although it may simply be an NPC.
