Well, and how much screen time did ME3 receive the E3 before the E3 before its release? It hadn't been officially unveiled, even. Regardless of EA's move with ten minutes of Plants, it wouldn't have necessarily made much sense to dedicate more than what we saw then. To say nothing of the question concerning if the team could have even dedicated the requisite time for it.

Yeah I mean I understand why it was so short but my point about this years events still stand. I hope they get the word out.

I'm pretty confident they will, myself. Companies often like to deploy their marketing cash in big effective short-term sweeps.

Sorry, I realized after posting I might appear to be ignoring your claim that BioWare needs all the good press it can get and how that should factor into these choices they make with DAI marketing. I'm multitasking, heh.

Yeah, I concur there. It does seem like Inquisition is making pretty good progress popping up on a lot of lists in the industry already though, so that's a great sign. If the IGNs and Angry Joes of the landscape want it badly, the flocks might too.

What Dragon Age: Inquisition needs is a trailer a la Skyrim: Official Trailer or the GTA V: Gameplay trailer.

I don't think that the dev videos will do it for more people than the fans. "A World unveiled" was kinda unnoted.

Well, DAI did get the big GameInformer reveal back in August. That was pretty big and with wide coverage. I am sure they'll hit more Big Press once they are going in to full on marketing mode (probably kicking off at E3).  My completely uneducated guess is that we'll get an AWESOME trailer at E3 followed by a flood of STUFF until release in the Fall.

Hello, will the keep be released shortly before DAI is out or weeks/months before?

Still working out exact timing, but it will be available 'some time' before DAI so people have opportunity to setup worlds.

Cool . Will it include minor choices as well? Also, will it have choices that may not necessarily have an effect in DAI?

I feel the same way about the Dark Souls 2 reveal and can't wait for the game to come out next month. Sadly, I'm waiting even longer for the PC edition.

Though, I believe that DA:I's E3 2013 Teaser Trailer where Morrigan is revealed at the end was the same type of trailer. I imagine we will be getting a media blizz around late spring/summer time in anticpation of the release date.

Before DA2, they also included a LOT of small press, including fansites and such. I thought that was really good.

(I think I might try to avoid lots of info this time. I can't believe I knew all the companions and stuff in advance last time. I totally get that people are interested, but I think I'd like a surprise.)

It is close, for the month of February at least. 

But you are correct - it is not MORE than a third of the month. It is slightly less. 

9 X 3 = 27
February has 28 days (most years)
