I don't remember exactly, but it was something like "Fanfiction about characters I write is like being in an open relationship - I am okay with my wife having sex with other men, but I sure don't want to *see* it."   He should have written it "one is okay with his/her wife having sex with others...", but he probably never thought people would take it LITERALLY. 

Anyways, that's my guess as to the confusion people seem to be having now...  Not that it really matters at all...

Yes, that was my recollection as well. As I recall, the particular quote in question was a metaphor about reading fan fiction.

I dont mind the hearts, as long as it isnt to say "I just love hearts" or to give her a girly side. She wears makeup, and even Aveline talked about some girly things. It would be nice to have Cass not made arbitrarily girly, just for the. Sake of it, not that I think they would.

Hmm I wonder who it is.

Varric's hair keeps changing color, and now his eyes. Is he on the run or something and deliberately trying to conceal his identity after the events of DA2? He should grow a beard if so.

I don't think that's the case, it's probably due to the differences in the engine, and he's always had some stubble 

Varric's eyes do look strange. Like they're glowing orange or something. They look really out of place. And his hair is a lot darker than before. I always thought it was a dirty blonde color, but it seems to have changed to auburn

 

I do agree with his hair changing but it might not stick and go back to close to how it use to be, since Gaider commented on it, his eye color is the same but it looks orange due to how they captured the image or something.
