I'd love to hear a wider variety of English language accents in DA:I.

 

... I was a little disappointed that the Los Angeles, CA speaker didn't have that Valley Girl twang I grew up speaking (which I'm sure would sound perfectly normal in Thedas.) 

 That's probably because most of us in the L.A. area don't speak that way. Valley girl is a sub-cultural way of speaking, not an accent representing a general location. It's about lingo (e.g. overuse of the word "like" and phrase "oh my god") rather than vocal tone, if that's an easier way of thinking of it.

Oh, it only happens in this thread? I got the same problem too and I mentioned it in the feedback thread. Haven't followed anything else yet so I didn't know it was specific to here. Also I've only gotten a couple of notifications even though I know there have been many more replies to the thread.

Irrational Games is having a job fair for all of their employees they are laying off.  A lot of other game studios are there to recruit people.

Don't worry about it too much. I had an (illegal) shot at it and grew to hate my own voice as well. Just pick the ones you feel suit you best as a person/voice actor, not the ones you hate the least.

At some point yes we will learn more about them and when they're ready to reveal them they will tweet it.

I always found placeholders robots voice awesome.Especially for voicing Khajiit and Argonians (Elder Scroll Online beta tester joke)...

The biggest kind of clue you're going to get is when a dev says something like 'Stay tuned for tomorrow/next week'. Aside from that (and maybe a teaser pic or video) you won't ever get a direct response on when companion reveals will happen (or any type of reveal really). So just be patient and wait, still a long ways to go before the game comes out

I can post now, guys! YAAAAAAYYYYY!!!!!  The delay of the Dev Diary kinda sucks, I pray that whatever info they have for us next week is just as good or better.    ......Also I'm recieving a free tan which is cool...  XD  ..I might get sunburn though so I'm keeping a safe distance, applying lots of sunblock and wearing two pairs of shades, don't want my eyes to get burnt.
