Yep. It sounds like he sexed up his voice a bit (for lack of a better description) for the trailer, it's deeper and I thought he sounded more Welsh or something.

I think that's just Cassandra in a helmet, but I could be wrong? Armour looks like hers, though.

Well ****. I really don't like that voice or the actor's delivery. And Laidlaw's tweet makes it sound like all male Inquisitors have one voice.

I had the opposite impression by his tweet.

It's possible the voice actor was directed to sound so "community theater" there for the sake of the trailer, but most likely it's from the script, yeah.
