You get to customize the Inquisitor and there are already several pieces of concept art showing female Qunari Inquisitors.
I think they mean how the female qunari will look in-game. I'm sure it will look similar to the concept art, but not everything from the concept art in the past has translated perfectly to the games.
Location/altitude almost certainly. There's a wide variety in the destinations in Inquisition, wide enough that while geography nerds like us would squee at the idea, I highly, highly doubt time and money would be poured into it.
Also want to reiterate that I read the voice tweet in the same fashion as Basil. But I can see where it might go in the other direction too. Mostly I think it's that way on purpose, which means it's being kept under wraps, which could well mean they know it'll be a disappointment when the news does eventually break there are only two Inquisitor VAs so it's best to let that bugger slip amidst a mass host of new information. Time your downers.
So I could see it not being directly addressed until the realm of E3.
Purely speculation, but there are a number of voice processing effects that I (as someone who knows NOTHING about sound engineering) think could be applied to differentiate the qunari from the dwarven Inquisitors. They did it with Mass Effect for a number of significant characters, including all the quarians (and maybe Garrus too?), so I don't think it'd be prohibitively expensive.
Everything looks so green and vibrant and alive and... preorder, instant preorder.
As pretty as that was(and it was VERY pretty) I still really want to know what the female qunari Inquisitor will look like in game. I coulda sworn that like a month ago, a dev said that they had a head model that they would be able to show us soon.
There's still so long to go until release and I just watched the latest trailer today, it's got me back into DA almost instantly, feels like I've been waiting forever so I tend to stay away from the forums...something tells me though I'm going to be watching and taking part in discussions with the community a lot in the coming months. First thing I need to do is sort out a new avatar

Sweet baby Jesus on a tortilla, that is beautiful! The grass and trees move, and the white tufts of... stuff... that float on the wind, and the weather, and the fauna, and the architecture, and the fancy ball, and the dwarven cavern/thaig!
The slow tide of info about Inquisition seems to have started and may it continue slowly until the flood gates open at E3 (or sooner, I don't mind 
).
The nitpicker in me wants to say this, though: not a fan of the Mr. McGravelly Voice narrator. He sounds like he's trying a bit too hard to come off as a badass/epic trailer voice-over person. Also he makes me want to give him cough syrup.

I genuinely think they told him "be epic and gravelly" for this trailer, and it's not representative of what he'll sound like in the game.
well it's now official. i will have to buy a new computer 10 minutes after i start playing this game as the old one will have dissolved into a pile of molten slag

I didn't think he sounded amateurish , just he said some words like he had some cold going on , and I felt like the VA needed some tissue to blow his nose ASAP.
Though he may just be an accent I'm not familiar with .

It was quite Welsh in parts, especially some of the final words in his sentences. I thought it sounded pretty awesome, and it's nice to hear accents that don't aim for generic-fantasy-English.

I don't particularly like it but I'm not sure I'd go so far as to say he's amateurish. I have zero experience in VA so I don't have any credibility in making such a statement. If the VA is going to be like this during the whole game, though, I see myself developing an eye twitch. (I barely played DA2 as FemHawke because I couldn't stand the VA, so there's always that risk).
I am willing, though, to give Bioware and the voice actor the benefit of the doubt, cross my fingers and hope the end result will be okay. Maybe the directions for this video were written in a hurry or were vague, I don't know. He spoke only for something like 10 seconds, anyway, right? 
I was already planning on my first character being a female Qunari. When the demo comes out, I'll give both the female and male characters a go and see what my opinion at the time will be.

The PAX demo wasn't an official release and the audio was terrible. This is an official release with quality audio so I'm judging the voice off of this. And it wasn't to my liking. I think the actor did a poor job of delivering some poorly written lines and at this point I'm not happy about him voicing the male Inquisitor. That's all.

While I agree the delivery was a bit odd, I didn't mind his voice. Unless you hated his voice I wouldn't judge a whole games performance on 10 seconds of a trailer.
I'm sure we'll hear more of him in the months to come, then you can more easily make up your mind.
Earlier you mentioned you believe we'll just have one male/female voice actor and I do agree for the most part, though I am hoping Bioware will surprise us with a different VA for each race. I understand if it doesn't happen, but hopefully Bioware at least adds some sort of modified pitch for elf and dwarven characters and perhaps a filter for Qunari Inquisitor.
Yep, definitely making a PS4 my big purchase of the fall semester myself. Doing this on PS3 or 360 is going to hurt it no matter what they try to work around.
Yup. This game is what I am making the jump to PS4 for. I was always going to get one eventually anyway, but I was definitely planning it as a "must have" by the time DAI drops.
