This guy, he was shown as an example of outfits in DA:I. Many people (including me) didn't realise at the time that he's actually a companion, the bald elf mage that was in the Discover the Dragon Age video.

Was it confirmed that's him and not some random bald NPC??? (they would look pretty same-y)

 

The clothes look more like different versions of commoner clothing and they had bald men for stand-in characters before in DA2.

David Gaider mentioned it on here earlier today. That's why it was confusing - everyone thought it was a placeholder character, but it's actually a companion.

She sounds exactly like my best friend. Who, btw, is a girl who's very comfortable in her body. Also, that description may have convinced her to cosplay Viv. ^^

It depends from person to person, there are just people who are fashion junkies and would rather look good than be comfortable. Sass is an added bonus.

Probably more chance for the Bald Elf Mage, because it was shown in an official capacity that isn't a concept art twice (the latest trailer and a blog in december).

Oh, God, she sounds like someone I'm going to loathe with every fiber of my being.

 

That makes me sad, since I've loved Mary Kirby's characters in the past. But that description sounds just like a former coworker of mine who I wanted to throttle the life out of everyday.
