I like the idea of forcing player's to do horrible things to make their Inquisition cute.

 

Not something that happens often, but I agree with BasilKarlo on this.

I wonder if there will be really rare wildlife that can yield powerful/useful materials? Maybe like randomly generated wyverns or massive spiders that have exclusive crafting materials? I would love to go hunting for wyverns and get some sweet wyverns-scale armor and powerful poisons out of it.

The answer to some of this is yes, some area's will have monsters, materials, recipes, ingredients, etc that is specific to just that area and it will track some some of the rare one's, I can see the spider one happening for poisons.

Not sure about Wyyvern's yet or if we can hunt them and make powerful potions or a Wyyvern armour, I guess it could or should be possible but is dependant on them being in DAI and if they are how many of them.

Some dyes were traditionally made from animals. Extracting pigment from nug hides for pink dye isn't outlandish, just unthinkable unless you're a monster that's dead inside.

Most animal-based dyes tend to come from insects, molluscs and the like. The Romans used to make purple dye from snails, for instance. To get dye from a large mammal like a nug is odd, but the nug is sort of an unusual creature.

Awesome idea, I'm so going to (try to) make one, maybe a bigger version though.

On another note I really hope that's not the only way I can get dyes and armor, as there's no way I could go nug hunting. They're to cute and I'm too much of a softy for that, If so I guess I'm going to have a very plain and unprotected femquistor lol
