So I got my Dragon Age dice. They were undamaged. Someone was quite concerned over the possibility.

I think they took off the page previews! I didn't even get to read it!
Bloody hell! I was hoping to read that tonight!! ![]()
I wonder if we can make an hornless Qunari, or one with the horns cut off...
Omg, I want those dices!

Yup - the devs have mentioned that you'll have the option for horns or not.
Has anyone asked if there will be an individual voice actor for each race, or if it's just one for each gender?
I'd be fine with the latter, but different actors for different races would be a plus.

Why would they be that mean? I hope it was at least an accident!

Awesome! Thanks for the answer. ![]()
Awesome! Thanks for the answer.
Your welcome!
That said, I'm firmly in the "Pro-Horn" camp. ![]()
Okay, quest is that way. Off to... ooh, shiny thing. Can I get over that? That looks like it starts a quest. Ambush! Hah! Wait, where am I?
Patrick Weekes @PatrickWeekes
And this is why I get lost everywhere and end up with no completed quests and quite a lot of spare elfroot.
You and I are kindred spirits my friend
That's kinda what this whole debate's about.
Some people think it's reasonable to believe there probably will be different VAs for each race/gender, whereas others, myself included, strongly suspect there won't be.
Repeated instances of devs saying "there are ladies too" kinda rings on my ears as though they're avoiding outright saying it but there are only two voices, perhaps modified electronically for race, perhaps not.
But as I've said five times and counting, I could be wrong.
Thanks Jeff, that's what I've been suspecting as well.
I was able to read what appeared to be a couple of pages from the first chapter. I read that there was more, but maybe I wasn't able to see it because I wasn't signed in.
Who do we ask about DAI having borderless windowed mode (like ME3) and the ability to bash locks with classes that aren't rogues?
I want my Qunari to look really terrifying yet be really nice/funny basically so that she could say something as nice as "would you like a fresh baked cookie?" and the person still pisses themselves out of fright.

I imagine Cassandra and Varric just sighing as the heroic tries really hard to walk up a cliff face. "Is this a Qunari thing, or...?"

Electronically modified voices sound terrible, so hopefully they won't go that route. I'd rather have a single voice set than that. But I'm hoping for a voice set for each race.

Yeah, I'd love for there to be 8 voice actors for the Inquisitor, but... it just seems highly unlikely.
Prove me wrong Bioware! ![]()

Oh, I'll make an horned Qunari too, it's just that the hornless option will allow me to properly recreate the appearance of a p'n'p character of mine for the first time ever in a game. ![]()
EDIT: They moved to preview onto the page instead of inside the book. Scroll down guys, SCROLL DOWN.

The qunari could learn a thing from Skyrim's horses. My Dalish Inquisitor will do his hardest to create Spider-Halla.

Cool - thanks!
Is that the whole thing?

What about a compromise? Deep and guttural for Qunari and Dwarves (Maybe not as much for females) while more traditional for Humans and Elves. I could live with that.

As a compromise... that could work...
