I don't think that he's godlike, but he's probably a lot more powerful than the average mage.

 

And for the record, we don't even know if he's Dalish or not.

Which leak? If you meant the Gamestar magazine, yes. A used gave the word 'fenyerel' as a hint to what Solas is... and he clearly can't be Fenyerel.

"Pride; to stand tall". Solas doesn't appear to have any vallaslin, however, although perhaps he never came of age (if the Keeper didn't think he was ready), or maybe he couldn't withstand the pain.

I believe it is debatable whether Titus was a natural Dreamer or if he made himself one by using Maric's blood to power the Magrallen which was made by ancient Dreamers.

 

 

Certainly, he wasn't that impressive of a mage without it. Maric even managed to overpower his will in the Fade whereas Dreamers are said to be able to shape it.

It may be just me but I think I maybe see some squiggly lines on his forehead.

The tatoos might just be really pale and difficult to see.

True. Fair point. Nonetheless, a true Dreamer will undoubtedly be helpful in many situations in DAI.
