Well, the writer's may feed on fan tears, but the editors feed on writer's tears. Checks and balances. gooood.

 

At some point we'll have to introduce gorillas to feed on the editors' tears.

Sure. It's simply not going to sway me one way or the other, even if someone thought their advocacy "worked" (because the character eventually returned...or didn't return, I suppose). If a character returns, it's because the story worked better with them involved, and no other reason. The last time I brought forward a character solely because someone told me to was Oghren in Awakening. Not going to happen again.

Anyhow, I really hope to see Maevaris again, if we ever get to travel to Tevinter maybe. She's one of the coolest characters in the DA world, not seeing her again would be a shame

There's usually an embargo, and (like I said before in this thread) I think it will end some time this week, when everyone will publish their articles at the same time.

 

It's what happened with the last Bioware press event that I remember, for the ME3 Omega DLC.

 

If print magazines are publishing their editions now, then the web stories should be coming out at roughly the same time - and so far the only news source we've seen has been Gamestar. There were other journalists at the media event, so their preview will have to come eventually.

Considering that the Gamestar magazine will be released tomorrow (what we got so far are info from subscribers), I'd say the embargo might end tomorrow.

Out of curiosity, who would you have preferred to have in Awakening instead of Oghren? Someone entirely new or someone else from Origins' companions?

Worth noting - it's not occlusion fog. It is intentionally foggy because it's a foggy level. It looks awesome. But, foggy.
