I have a hunch...
Tease.
I have a hunch...
Sure. It's simply not going to sway me one way or the other, even if someone thought their advocacy "worked" (because the character eventually returned...or didn't return, I suppose). If a character returns, it's because the story worked better with them involved, and no other reason. The last time I brought forward a character solely because someone told me to was Oghren in Awakening. Not going to happen again.
Hey Oghren was cool both in DAO and DAA. So I would like to meet him again.
I know I'm a little late to the Mae thing, but am I the only one who didn't realize she was a trans-woman...
Same here
but I've only read the comics once. Guess I missed some kind of line or concealed message.

Huh! I'm surprised to hear about Oghren. I always did wonder about why he of all people was returned for Awakening. It made sense within the context of the character and plot, and I liked him in both games, but I didn't think that it was for this sort of reason.
As soon as I saw Mae, I picked it out straight away, I think it was the chin, plus I've had experience of transgender-ed women from my eight years in kirkwall...

I've seen quite some women with manly facial features, so that wasn't a sign for me.
Reading and posting on the #DAI forum. My benevolence knows no bounds >.>

@blairkerrbrown Okay I actually laughed out loud for that! Well played sir!

It scared me, when my Hawke picked out that one in the Blooming Rose for err..... service, and suddenly this heavy voice talks back. That freaked me out for a bit.

I would likely be the tragic romance option. Because we need more tears!
(Though I suppose we shouldn't derail toooOooOOOoo much more)
Well, now you need fangirls. All the devs have them. All the important devs, anyway.
Allan Schumacher @AllanSchumacher
Correction... I feel like I'm about to push the sass over 9000 on the BioWare Forums...
@AllanSchumacher *brofist*
It's not fair! It's not fair!! There was supposed to be spring now. It's not fair!!!
@eplerjc Where? In Edmonton? In what universe does Edmonton ever get spring in March?
@davidgaider In the universe of my hopes and dreams.
@eplerjc Is this the same universe where there's an end to your #DAI crunch?
Bioware also only followed Ray Muzyka yesterday...
*single tear*
Ah, this one.
Holy crap, @BioWare just followed me! ![]()
@RayMuzyka LEGION: "There was a hole." SHEPARD: "But why didn't you fix it sooner? Or with something else?" LEGION: "...No data available."
@camharr Just so you know, I routinely accept, "Because bees," as a note from @bengelinas
@BioMaryKirby @bengelinas Noted for the next time I pass over your stuff!
@camharr @BioMaryKirby @bengelinas Question is, do you accept: "Because bees" as an excuse in any other context?
@user @camharr @bengelinas Look, I don't argue with bees, okay? THEY'RE VERY IMPORTANT POLLINATORS.
@BioMaryKirby @user @bengelinas Plus the whole stinger thing.
Perhaps the editors (Ben in this case) are telling the writers (Mary in this case) that they are using buzzwords and should look for something else in a conversation?

If I had the nerve I would start an Allan appreciation thread where we* can root for Allan to be a companion and LI in the next game. (Also share our Allan fan fic and Allan fan art.) Maybe we* will become the most annoying fans in the BioWare fandom and threads will constantly pop up asking "what's so great about Allan anyway and what do you think of dem Allan fan girls and WHY are there so many thread about Cullen Allan".

Tried to search for 'swag' in animations. Was deeply disappointed.
@eplerjc cind_hm_amb_ges_ComeAtMeBro
Dear @PatrickWeekes . We have no animations for 'swag'. I am as disappointed as you are.

I was wrong, today is gonna be an awesome day. Twenty minutes to get a shot that was killing me yesterday.
@eplerjc Alimighty Tetrises has rewarded you for your patience and faith!
@AllanSchumacher @eplerjc LIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIINE PIECE.
Continuing our follower spotlight on Vivienne, learn more about her creation from senior artist Rion Swanson: http://bit.ly/1lmomRd

Just gonna bring the info directly to the forums:
SHE's HERE:

“Vivienne was a truly great character to build,” says senior artist Rion Swanson. “I was hooked from the very beginning when I saw the first concept.”
Swanson credits the work of BioWare’s concept artists as a key component to locking down Vivienne’s final design. In particular, he recalls a lot of back-and-forth to ensure that her character met the high-quality standards of the studio.
“In the end, I think we achieved quite a dramatic look for this strong new character,” Swanson says. “The combination of sleek and powerful shapes with the ornate gold and fine fabrics gives Vivienne a pretty unique appearance.”
With Vivienne’s work complete, what does Swanson think about setting her loose on the world of Thedas?
“Watching her move through the world with flowing fabric and using her awesome mage abilities is a real nice counterbalance to some of the other heavily armored characters in your party. Enjoy!”
