Cameron Harris@camharr: "I have a GREAT story about larvae." #nocontext
Isn't larvae the latin word for "masks"?
Isn't larvae the latin word for "masks"?
Yes, it is. It's actually better translated as 'ghosts or spirits', but lots of Latin words have double meanings that change depending on the context. So, he could be meaning masks or ghosts, or he could be meaning newly hatched insects. The only thing we can be sure of is that he's meaning "more than one" of either of those things, because he's using the plural form.

Alistair will appear in DA:I? lol.
Alistair!
*Fist-bump*
He probably heard Morrigan was back and (with my optimal playthrough, at least) wants to see his child..you know, even if it is really a old god in a child suit... ![]()

My Latin dictionary says it can also be used as a derogatory term (mostly meaning thing or creature), which I find amusing. I'm so going to yell at someone Loquere, larva!
Also, hi, Steve Valentine! *waves in barely contained fangirl glee*
Alistair is back! EEEEH ![]()
*clutches heart* hnnnnnnnnnnng...oh dear , my fiancé' is going to be extra annoyed when this game comes out now
. Alistair started my bioware romance problem LOL.
Game Options, focus testing, curing headaches, finding art assets, unblocking systems, game credits, etc. Production is an awesome job.

So many...retweets here.
Oh, goodness. Alistair!
