Ooh, glad Alistair is back! So I'm guessing we'll see what he'll look like in the new engine! I'm so curious now!

 

As for Vivienne, I'm a bit surprised she doesn't have hair under the hat, if only since a fabulous haircut would work with her 'fashion-victim' personality that we've seen so far. But I really like the buzz-cut 8D. I hope all those outfits make it in the game! Will we also have Orlesian masks for her to wear? Or Orlesian masks for our party to wear in general? I'd love for my inquisitor to be able to wear masks.

I really hope he's at least tied to a quest, or an alliance with the inquisition or something. DA2 seemed like his appearance was either tossed in there last minute, or unfinished.

I woudn't expect something big, but certainly a bigger role than in DA2.
Though we don't know if he'll be back as both Warden/King.

I think he will be back in our game based on our choices.  He probably has specific Warden dialogue and specific King Alistair dialogue

Warden!Alistair tells Hawke about the Wardens being on a super important secret mission.  So it might be safe to assume he's involved with the Grey Warden shenanigans we'll learn about in DA:I.
