You should have seen ME3 crunch time. I'm not convinced John Dombrow didn't leave BioWare because he went insane. It's a miracle there's any left of Patrick for DAI.

I think that's Kirkwall after the Meredith incident on the Vivienne picture.
The chains, the shore and the red lyrium kind of gave it away.

Also, why does everyone assume: chains = Kirkwall? There's more places with chains than the City of Chains, you know.
I'd love to go back there, and would really like if you guys were right, but there's some odd logic going on here.
