It's not just you. Her saltwater taffy-like neck was the first thing I noticed. All the other characters' necks look fine, but what the hell happened to Morrigan's? It's like she's trying to channel FemShep or something. Sorry, lass. Let's leave the "giraffe neck" to the professionals!

 

I do, however, quite like the screenshot up yonder of Solas. His face is quite handsome! It also gives me a good idea how male elves will look in the game for when it comes time to create my own male elven Inquisitor.

Her neck is thin, but not ridiculously so. It only looks like that because of that useless strand of hair. It creates the illusion of an unnaturally slim neck. It's clumsily set up, not badly modelled.

The lock of hair hanging from her head makes it look like part of Morrigan's neck is missing. I thought it looked weird too until I peered a little closer.

Saw a larger image of the cover. Could that be femquisitor? There is a distinct lack of stubble, I think.
 
Actually, I'm not sure. There may be light stubble above the mouth.

I can't find anything other than Mythic Entertainment (Which, coincidently enough, is one of EA's subsidiaries). It seems like they specialize in online RPGs, hmm...

Whaaaaaaat. I'm in the Virginia Beach/Hampton Roads area (thanks to my husband in the USAF) and to the best of my knowledge there's nothing notable for the gaming industry here. But still, I'm surprised and I guess maybe excited they're here? o.o

When was ME3's mp revealed anyway ? If DAI has mp it seems kind of strange we don't know a thing about it 6 months before release

They were saying that they were not working on mp up until a german mag said mp is in the game a month or less before release. If I remember correct.

I think it was around about the time that the game started coming up for preorder. An Italian retailer (?) had a thing on their website about bonus multiplayer character kits if you preordered, and then some other European news websites ran with it.

 

In terms of when they formally announced it, it was about five months before launch.

I think those images were photoshopped or something similar. Varric didn't look at all like that in the screenshots inside the magazine.

Hmm. It could be entirely coincidence, but I believe Kate Mulgrew (Flemeth) is staying in Virginia for a few months while she writes her memoirs*.... As I say, could just be a coincidence, but even if it is, perhaps the DA guys could drop by and say hi.

*Lest I come off as some kind of massive stalker, someone who lives in VA posted on Twitter that they met her at a party there.
