I was going to purchase the Xbox May issue, but since they are printing lies, I won't give them my money.

I certainly wouldn't bother. This is absolute BS. I mean, screwing up not 1, but 2 game regions. Now, I know that's this is not Bioware fault for OXM screwing up, but if we only have 3 regions, this game better be massive.

Sadness.  Aw well, Orlais is big, and there's still the Dales.  :wizard:

I know. That's why I referred to the size of Crestwood that they claimed during the demo. I really hope what we can explore is as large as they have stated.

@Mike_Laidlaw Hi Mike, will we be visiting any of the Free Marches cities in #DAI, since storylines from Exalted March were carried over?

Nope. Only themes were carried forward, not locations.

I wonder what else was bs in those magazines.....

Gaider warned us not to take what was printed in the magazines as facts.

I didn't listen, now I'm in mourning for the loss of Nevarra.

I don't know what to believe anymore. What is real? What is an illusion? Is the world a dream, or did this world simply dream me?

EVERYTHING IS A LIE

Is there even a game called Dragon Age: Inquisition? Is the universe real?

OXM has sparked a bit of an existential crisis, honestly.

Yeah , it sucks :( .
Not sure what's going on because the few magazines preview gave that info away...

This is why I emphasize from Square One not to take magazine speculation as the fact it frequently presents itself by.

I'm honestly not surprised in the least, as it was never confirmed to begin with.

While I'm sure the game will have plenty of content and areas to explore, it is a bit annoying that articles that are supposed to give us new info that we're desperately seeking are filled with misinformation and errors.

I don't have any specific locations that I'd like to see in Inquisition, but I can understand why so many people are disappointed that they got happy over misinformation. I wish a dev or something would 'proof read' the articles and let us know of any misinformation and errors before we get our hopes up. But these sorts of things always happen, I guess.

Quick! Someone ask Mike if the Inquisitor is confirmed! :)

But now seriously, what a poor journalist work is this... thing?

Heh, understandable, but I think people are just frustrated because if you can't trust official press releases, it's even harder to say what info is legit or not.

I'll take quality of areas and story over quantity.  And wait to hear it from BioWare before believing it.  Still excited for DA:I.  <3

After the amount of attention and new lore Nevarra received in World of Thedas, I'm frankly astonished that it's not part of Inquisition. It seemed like they were deliberately building it up with potential flashpoints and conflicts so the Inquisitor could have a reason to go there.

I really wish Bioware would tell us more before E3 at least, I mean I understand why they won't tell us everything now, things still aren't finished, people may take whatever they say as the ultimate truth and finalise their opinion on the game before the doors even open.

It is very frustrating though that the Xbox Magazine is blatantly getting its facts wrong, aren't gaming magazines supposed to confirm their sources? -____-

Yeah and those journalists went to Edmonton ...it's not like they pull out those informations out of their a**.

But between what they misunderstood and the need for fillers just to have more pages ...we got this.

Pretty sad.

Well at least it wasn't as bad as the French magazine.

For all we know Future DLC campaigns or future Dragon Age / Thedas Set games could go there

Oh it sucks to be sure. It absolutely sucks that the gaming journalism world is populated by these kinds of mistakes. But I really do urge extreme journalistic skepticism all throughout a pre-release phase. The suckiness of having to rely on very few statements (the developers themselves) is unfortunate and irksome but it is nothing compared to the shocks of disappointment people who trust articles like OXM will endure when this kind of news breaks.

My heart goes out to everyone who was positive we'd be visiting Nevarra and the Free Marches, but definitely look for dev-labeled quotations and you honestly may as well skim the hell out of everything else. Especially when these magazines are getting blatant things like Morrigan being a companion wrong in the same articles.

@Mike_Laidlaw Okay, Can we then be able to play as Nevarran in the future? I love the country Nevarra. Thanks for puting the country in #DAI

@TemplarCode Nevarra's not a playable space in #DAI. It's referenced heavily, but you won't go there directly.

First no City Elves for race creation and now no Nevarra. Why, Bioware? Why!?  :crying:

Its sad but after all they can only do so much, and I'd prefer quality over quantity at the end of the day. I think Nevarra deserves a full game to itself

Well, I'm never trusting a gaming magazine again. I didn't fully 100% believe what they said before, but I didn't think they'd make so many mistakes.

And I'm sad that we won't get to see Nevarra. First no Tevinter, then no city elf Quizzy, now no Nevarra. You're crushing my dreams, BioWare. What's next? No Orlesian ball? D:

Oh, well. The game is still gonna be bigger than DA:O and DA2.

Good advice for journalists. If you write an article about the game, make sure that it's true. Don't show incorrect information.
