And Nevarra and Free Marches were also confirmed in PC Gamer magazine, back in November 2012.

As far as I recall they shown a map with Nevarra Tevitner and FM other than Ferelden and Orlais at Pax east 2012, and people assumed that it was the DA3 map. I don't recall what they stated though.
ElitePinocone, do you remember if they stated if that was the DA3 map? I remember the discussion here, but I don't recall what they stated.

PAX East 2012 was held a few months before they officially announced DA3. At the time it was still "the next Dragon Age".

 

I think it was more a one-minute "hey wink-wink here's where we could be going", but I definitely wouldn't interpret it as a hard promise.

 

Someone would have the screenshot of the map, it's in this thread somewhere about a thousand pages back.

Far more likely that they saw some kind of corpses (which by the way might not be related to Nevarra. There's the ominous green Fade light in the 'nevarra' Shot) and assumed what it was.

Ugh, they even singled out that line about Nevarra being in game, and enhanced with a picture of corpses that could be anywhere.  This is barf-worthy. Smh.

Thanks. I am discussing about it in the NevaRra/FM not DAI location thread, and one believes that it was some kind of confirmation, and i don't remember what Mike said about the map. Though I recall that it was considered a speculation back then, so i doubt Mike confirmed anything.
