The screenshot is gorgeous. Look at the reflections in the water. It's clear that the scenery will be awesome. Right now I'm more antsy for companion reveals or story details, though.

OXM said that Morrigan is a companion but GI said no previously. Who to believe? Another mag said Warden/Hawk in DAI?

Morrigan is not a party member. She has a significant role to play in the game, but not as a companion.

Notice they avoided the Question on  Hawke and Warden.

I read few pages back, as i missed a lot of info and gradually become more and more dissapointed. I hope i ran into some April Fools but i doubt it.....

The one that is not big deal - character creation will not be available to see soon....ok i dont mind....No Nevarra ? No Free Marches ? Cant say i am surprised but Bioware proudly revealed world map during one of the many panels......the map was the same in pax demo, so you would think all you see on the map, you can visit ( Dragon Age Origins style), but no obviously Nevarra and Free Marches are to fool people and to jump on the skyrim wagon. 

Cant say i am surprised i already stated in some topic that i think Orlais 80%, Ferelden and Dales 15% and 5% free marches city or sth. I was so close. Just needed to add those 5 to Dales and Ferelden and i would have nailed it. 

Dont get me wrong, Inquisition probably will feature the largest map of the series, and i am okay with only Orlais, but next time dont show big ass maps in panels and demos, which are twice bigger than actual map. Not to mention with places that are not visitable. Overpromise and underdeliver story all over again.

Since i guessed 7/9 companions with two to be revealed and guessed the part of Thedas we will be visiting, i am pretty confident to take a shot at how many cities will be there. But i wont give a suggestion on that, because the post would seem too harsh, even though i speak the truth.

They never intimated that we would ever go to Nevarra or the Free Marches, so it's really our own fault if we believed that we would have. The map, even as far back as PAX, clearly focused on Orlais to Ferelden via a dark gradient covering up everything north of it. Nevarra was within the gradient, so you could still see it, but it was definitely out of focus. I'll leave it at this, since we've already discussed this topic at length.

 

As far as hearing the news, I had no feelings one way or the other, since I have no absolute need to explore Nevarra right now. I'm content with wherever they let us explore, since I'm interested in all of Thedas.

Yet they did not included the Cyrodill or Morrowing in the world map. Nor in loading screen. When you press M, you see it, you go there. I am happy with, you see it, you teleport in this region and explore it and then teleport again. I am not happy with, you see it, its just there to be aestaticly pleasing. 

It is admiring that you take these news well, but i cant wait to see how you handle the things they avoid to speak about..... I asked some questions about this exact topic two months ago and didnt get answer. But i got answer on the questions i knew they will be interested to answer me.... And do you know which questions never got answered ? About cities..... About towns....about weaponry (spears and stuff), you know why ? Because the answer is not pretty and it is not like they didnt nail down these stuff.....

Whatever, my hype level is seriously down, maybe at the starting point again, which is always nice because i wont be too dissapointed with the game and if they manage to exit the horrible spree of DAII and SWTOR i will be even more pleasently surprised. Yet i doubt it.

If I was a dev, I would love the wave of questions just so I could giggle evilly and answer almost NONE of them. Then I'd look through the forums and cackle at everything I knew was wrong but everyone speculated about anyways.

 

I mean really, there must be worse things than knowing that thousands of people are so excited about the game you're working hard on that they're desperate for information months before release. Maybe it wears on them after a while but that would be amazing to me.
