I think its supposed to happen at the end of the month and dont worry its confirmed that its not going to be Varric or Cassandra

That's what they said when they announced follower Friday. They confirmed Cassandra or Varric wouldn't be this month's followers on Twitter.

So I noticed that the Dragon Age wiki has some last names for some Inquisitor origins. I wonder if these are gonna be used in dialogue.

It would be pretty ridiculous if our best buds and LIs called us "Inquisitor" in private (unless you're into that sort of thing, your eminence.)

April 25th is my guess. Last Friday for Viv in March, why not the last Friday in April for REDACTED, eh? With any luck, each new companion will be explored this way. I like predictability served with companion reveals. Tastes even better when paired with an Ortolan Bunting and a bowl of Scotch Bonnet Candies!

 

Speaking of hot peppers, I'm guessing the next reveal will be Solas. With Viv, she started popping up in screenshots along with her name, and she became the first Follower Friday reveal. Now Solas is starting to pop up in screenshots along with his name. It kind of would make sense for him to be the next reveal, yes? BW seems to be anything but inconsistent. Of course, they could just throw everyone for a loop and reveal Cullen instead. I certainly wouldn't complain.

I agree! I know a lot of players are/would be opposed to a fixed first name, but I'd love the facility it would add for VO conversation. I'm even more for the idea in games were you have several PC options for race and gender. In the case of DA2 where you could only play a human, it would be limiting to have a fixed first name, in terms of replay value. Not that first names are a major issue for me at all, but is agree with the oddity of close friends/lover always calling you by a surname or title o.O

I want them to surprise us and give us info on the Grey Warden.

Also agreed! I want to find out more about Solus, sure, but I'm dying to know more about the suspected Grey Warden companion. Mmm... Dat BEARD

How did Vivienne's reveal go exactly? I mean, we pretty much knew everything they revealed in her Follower Friday segment beforehand. They showed her character kit and we knew her very basic personality and things like that but I can't really remember the timeline of all of it!

Vivienne was revealed in the Game Informer article last year, but we didn't know more about her personality and stuff until the Character Kits and the Follower Friday info.  If we go by that pattern it isn't unlikely that Solas or Iron Bull could be next.  But I wouldn't mind someone completely new...  I'm mostly interested in Solas at the moment, but I'm just happy he's confirmed right now, I can wait for more.

I just saw this. 

Pretty unclear 'information' though, since Wales is part of Britain. So it's not clear if he's saying there will be a Welsh option or whether he just means English when he says British. Either way, there will also be an American accent available for the Inquisitor.

Who's next for April? If I told you that, it wouldn't be much of a reveal, now would it?    How about instead of telling you who it is, I'll tell you who it's not? I've seen some posters guess that Cassandra and Varric will be next. They will not. In April, you will see someone new!
