We saw Vivienne with some sort of blink-veil-teleport spell in the PAX demo of last Fall. Rogue probably have something as well.

Yeah, it's looking like all classes will have some sort of "Evade" ability.

As an American there is only two types of accent in this world.
American and Not American. So its natural if one of the voice have American accent. lol. 

 

This made me hope the American accent is a Boston one. Or a New Orleans one.  That would be fun too.

Yeah, but it depends on what is meant by "new".  I believe that was posted before the articles revealed Solas and Iron Bull.  And that post came about when only Varric, Cassandra, and Vivienne were confirmed and everyone was wondering if they would be covered for the first three months.  

 

I don't know who they plan to move onto next, actually, but I will say that "new" is not judged in terms of people on our forums who collect every scrap of information and consider followers they actually know little about--or have only seen a screenshot of--to be old news.

 

If you're waiting for something completely new that you've never even heard a hint of, and you're someone who's been spoiling themselves silly by analyzing every scrap you could possibly unearth, you may very well be waiting for quite some time.

Considering that your plan seem to not show every companion and keep some of them secret (or at least I got that impression from that David Hulegard said in the FF thread), I'd expect that you guys will show us followers we already know/suspect about (if, of course, some of those we suspect are followers really are), and leave the ones we don't know anything about in the shadows. Which I'm completely fine with.

I'm sure that the Follower Friday reveals have been planned for some time.

Although, the OXM article did mention that Sera's appearance in one of the developer diary videos was accidental. I'm not sure if they would make changes to their marketing plans in response to something like that or not.

Usually it's just those smelly swamp-dwellers who give real Louisianians a bad name who speak like that.
