As the boundaries of reality weaken across Thedas, the memory of injustices past and present draws the attention of restless spirits who rise to possess the dead and stalk the living across the blood-steeped earth.

So.....do the Dalish now have an army of undead at their command?
Would the dead leaders of past wars expect/want a leadership position in the living army? or would they just want to eat them?
Really, what good would commanders be that couldn't win their own war?

No, those undead would not be under the control of the Dalish. They're more likely reanimated by the Veil tear, or demons have possessed the corpses.
