Do you think perhaps he is allowed to release this because this month they'll reveal him on Follower Friday and thus won't be secret anymore?

That's what I'm thinking. This would be first confirmed LI and it's alongside the first confirmation we're getting of a companion we didn't know would be in the game. That's two pretty big things to be revealed over a voice actor's twitter like that.

Even so, none of the past follower reveals have dealt with the LI possibilities. And we weren't expecting Follower Friday until the end of the month!
Hopefully all of this was green-lighted!
