I think it was just David pointing out that not everyone from The War Room was a companion and people just looked to Scribe Girl as the most obvious to not be a companion. It is a logical jump, but I don't think it has been confirmed or denied explicitly.

 

I thought the same way a while ago and tried to find out if it had been said officially, and couldn't find anything. It seems like people just assumed she wasn't, and that became the unspoken consensus. 

 

(I still think it's unlikely that she's a companion, though.)

 

You are both right. Many here seem to agree on that the scribe girl will fill some sort of role similar to Kelly Chambers or Samantha Traynor form Mass Effect, when nothing about her has actually been said, at all.

 

That said, it'll be fun to hear about her in the future, if she's still in the game.

It's not forbidden. If this Twitter thread is to exist, however, speculation regarding the tweets themselves needs to be kept to a minimum...as there's a whole other forum for discussion of particular topics. If this thread gets used for excessive discussion about the tweets, rather than for reporting tweets so people who don't use Twitter can see them, then it will be shut down.

I am always of the opinion that only information confirmed by the devs should be taken as fact. 

But I feel like we should we should have a "reaction to tweets" thread so that people could find information more easily since it's getting lost in all of the over-excitement and assumptions that come with tweets. xD

Well, I never get lost here, cause I 'follow' this thread and am here everyday like many other people. But I can imagine that so many pages annoy people who aren't here as often as I am for example.

YAY MORE BOOKS. Hilary has talked about her book a few times on the Nerd Appropriate podcast. She's a neat person and I imagine any book of hers will be great.
