Give it a try yourself, the Dragon Age toolset cutscene editor was great fun to play with.  You get a real education into what the cinematic designers have to do to get one of those pretty cutscenes working.  More people should give it a whirl.

I hope that the Fact that AListair will have a big role in DA:I will mean that Anora will too!
 

I know people don't seem to like her as much, but in my canon playthrough then Loghain dies to kill the Archdemon while Anora and hardened Alistair get married. I think their partnership is a really well balanced ruling team, so I hope to see them both in good measure!

I got alistair and anora married while having loghain still live as well. I hope for a man to man talk between loghain and alistair, settle their differences to protect orlais and ferelden from the demons.

Hell yeah, Cass for LI!

Now all they need to do is confirm Varric as a LI as well and tell us that I can be whatever gender I wish and still romance the LI I like best and I will be completely and utterly content.

I'm looking forward to hopefully seeing a recording of the panel soon.

 

I do hope that Alistair won't be hogging all the screentime, though. Don't get me wrong, I like him well enough, but he's gotten his cameos and he's a wandering drunk in my playthrough anyway. I want to see Anora and Loghain.

I think I can be okay with Cullen as an LI so long as there's a possibility that either Iron Bull, Beardy Warden, or Mustache guy make it as one as well. I'm just praying ;_;

There is always a possibility, but if there are only two LIs, I'd be surprised if it wasn't Solas.

Yeah. I'm pretty sure I'm not going to be happy with the LIs this time around. I'm just kind of tired of pretty boys. Hopefully we'll have them all confirmed soon though.

Solas doesn't seem the LI type to me, to be honest. I actualy wouldn't be surprised if Iron Bull turned out to be the second male LI. From the concept art, he seems rather conventionally handsome for a Qunari (although of course that could turn out to be untrue in the actual game) and he is Tal-Vashoth, which means he would be loads easier to write a romance for than an actual follower of the Qun.

 

And while I'd prefer Varric (so so much), I totally dig the idea of Iron Bull as a LI.

Well I'm happy for the Cullen fans , I mean there's some people who wanted to romance Cullen back in DAO...they have waited for years.

Not surprised about Cassandra ...

I'm not excited by both , because they are the SERIOUS team.

Looking forward to more news , and I hope they will announce the rest of the LIs pretty soon.

 

Anyway I got my copy of the Masked Empire today so I'm happy!

You might want to rewatch last year E3 trailer...I personally think the guy has a few too many scares to be considered handsome, I even think he is missing an eye.

Yup, this. It'd be kinda sad if they went with the generic looking human and the elven guy again. Especially when there's such awesome manly muscular men like the bearded warden or Iron Bull around. Or Varric - how about some love for the dwarf fans for once? I'm afraid they're gonna play this save and go with their regular formula, but as long as they haven't confirmed the last LI, there's still hope for us. At least a Little bit of hope.

 

@azarhal: From what I saw in that Trailer, Iron Bull is the best looking male companion they confirmed so far. Muscular, huge, stubbles... and those scars make him even sexier. I'd definitely take him over Cullen appearance-wise.

I imagine the other two choices (providing there are indeed 4 as in previous games) will be less... stoic, for lack of a better term. Sera and Iron Bull, perhaps?

We didn't get a very good glimpse of him in the trailer though. And I'm speaking more on behalf of the concept art.

Just look at that scruff. I just kinda feel like if we ever got a Qunari romance, it would be someone like him. (Then again, we don't really know anything about him yet.)
