We'll see soon enough how much fan feedback they listened to or not. Personally, I'm not holding my breath.

They lost "automatic buy" status, but perhaps no series should have that. That doesn't mean I have decided already that I am going to hate it.

Accepting and encouraging fan feedback does not mean that BioWare is obligated to agree with it or implement it in any way. It just means that BioWare will take the feedback into consideration when planning and creating the game.
In addition to fan feedback, BioWare also considers internal feedback, how they themselves felt about the game and what they want to, can, or will change/improve. Fan feedback is ultimately non-binding, but it just makes sense that the more BioWare hears about some suggestions, the more they will be considered because it means more people are interested in that particular feature or idea. That does not mean, however, that the loudest, most obnoxious, and most frequent users will have their ideas considered more than others.
While I don't disagree re DA2, you have to give a nod to BW on the additions/changes made to ME3 that came from fan feedback. From big things like weapon customization and less-corridor levels to small things like squadmates moving about the Normandy and a shooting range, those were gripes/requests that I saw after ME2 that were installed in ME3. I know its a different BW team, but don't lose out all hope just yet.

"I have a bad feeling about this..."
I can tell that they're already beginning to create a hype for this game since I starting to see a lot of, "HOLY ****! DRAGON AGE 3 IS GOING TO BE AWESOME!!!!! THEY'RE LISTENING TO OUR FEEDBACK THIS TIME!!! CHOICES ARE GOING TO MATTER!!!"
Then on release...
WTF BIOWARE?! THIS PLOT RAILROADED WORSE THAN THE SECOND GAME. THE GAMEPLAY SUCKS!!! I'M NEVER BUYING ANOTHER BIOWARE GAME AGAIN!!
I hoping I'm wrong on the latter, though...

No offense but ME3 isn't exactly the best example of "fan feedback" and BioWare especially when there is a lot of things that are wrong with that game aside from the ending.

LOL. A big problem is Bioware listening too much. Considering most of their fanbase, which is more concerned about which characters (and whatever else) they'll be able to screw 10 different ways. rather than actual gameplay, encounter design and proper rpg mechanics.
"Romances" are the only thing EAware excels at these days over the competition.

A new engine? I can support that. Hopefully Dragon Age 3 ends up looking as good as Mass Effect 2. I mean graphics aren't important in determining what makes a game good but when the company has made other games with better graphics you kinda do expect all their new releases to be on par as it only makes sense.
They are mentioning Dragon Age: Origins alot so one can only hope that it will be the inspiration for The Inquisition and not Dragon Age 2. Still I doubt it will be a true successor to Origins but I hope for a realistic artstyle to return, Origins styled companion dialogue and more tactical combat which feels and looks more realistic. They've already confirmed better customization.
As for player choice and consequences, I really hope they've learned from DA2 and ME3 what consequences should really be like. Origins technically did quite a bit of it right (one of your choices led to Redcliffe being destroyed), hopefully The Inquisition takes that and expands upon it to the point where entire areas change based on your actions thus opening or closing new quests.

Does anyone think that this game is already a disaster in the making? I mean, DA2 came out almost one year ago, now they announce DA3 and its supposed to come out next year. That sounds to me like it is going to be an unfinished product. That happened with DA2 and ME3, I find it hard to believe that history will not repeat itself again.
DA2 came out a year and a half ago. And were I to guess, DA3's to be released at the end of 2013, as Priestly said there won't be anymore information until early next year. I doubt they would wait until right before release to give more information about the game.

Well they say it's releasing in winter 2013 and that it's already been two years in development...well that's what some sites such as Joystiq say anyway:

Two years in development? So it was in development before DA2 was even released?
Ha.

It will be probably 2.5 years to make if its comes out late next year. That is enough development time.Splinter Cell 108 wrote...

DA2 was released early 2011, so late next year makes it over 2.5 years.Elton John is dead wrote...

Neither am I, especially considering how very little of what they claimed was actually present in ME3. I don't think EA understands how deep a hole they're in now.

The entire game was one long corridor. Just because the walls were invisible doesn't make it open. Further, EA still has yet to address the fact that they spent months saying you could get the best ending without multiplayer, and it was impossible. Why should I trust or hope for anything better from them when they flat out lied to me and cost me $60 I wouldn't have spent if they'd told the truth? Especially if they'd be really honest and told us "Your decisions mean nothing".
Which, ironically, here we are again with "Deep choices". Maybe that means they'll add a fourth color for DA3?

I was thinking of WPRGs but yeah, the Persona games for instance have better romances(which isn't saying much).

Is it enough time to make a game for next gen with a new engine as well? I'm no programmer but 2.5 years doesn't seem like enough to me with those odds.
I doubt it will be for the next generation consoles, as they haven't even been announced yet, and the install base for the Xbox 360/PS3 is very large. If you want to see the benefits on next generation consoles, they will have to have the sales to justify BioWarEA really making their games next-generation. Probably not happening in 2013.
