I would like to see:
1- What happened to my Warden-Commander/Warden and my Hawke
2 - Returning characters (Leliana, Morrigan, Alistair - I love him! - Flemeth, Fenris, Anders)
3 - New places, like Tevinter and Orlais. I would also be pleased to see some Origins places, like Denerim
4 - Darkspawns (all sort off! Not only Hurlock. I wanna see the blighted shrieks again)
5 - More and more mages/templars conflits. And a conclusion to them, please! So we can go back to darkspawns and dragons.
I loved Dragon Age Origins story, and I had a feeling that I really played a role in Ferelden. In Dragon Age 2, I felt like I was only a part of a big conspiracy. Please, make Dragon Age Inquisition's story as rich as Origins'!
Top 5 things you would like to see in DA3 Inquisition ?

1. Focus on Inquisitor's story and his party, but include information on the previous game's characters as either running into them during the plot or by a third party effect.
2. More Epic Movie feel, less television series feel. DA:O made me feel like I was the main character of a LOTR level epic fantasy. DA2 made me feel like I was in a typical fantasy TV series.
3. Decisions from the past (even semi-minor ones) should have a visible effect on the world. Don't just leave it to a dialogue remark or a lore entry.
4. Make combat a strategic challenge again. DA2 combat looks great, but feels tedious and enemies become an annoyance.
5. Involve Tevinter somehow (either threw the plot, as a major location or with a companion that's a Tevinter citizen). Even if its just a tease, it would be great to see what Tevinter is like or see things from their view.

1. A greater emphasis placed on exploration and discovery. This will require a much more open world than was present in DA2 however.
2. Less railroading your character down a specific path by taking particular characters in a group. It was not possible as a rogue or warrior to have a completely pro-mage, balanced group because characters were set up deliberately to be opposed to each other on specific issues. Some would argue that this creates intrigue and plot, I just found it bloody frustrating.
3. Less railroading your character down a specific path in terms of storyline. More choice, and more meaningful choice that impacts on the world.
4. More Dwarves, and less massacring of the Dark Spawn and the Deep Roads. Less pandering to those with short attention spans who didn't like the Deep Roads in DA:O. It was the best part of Origins by a long, long way and had the most meaningful story-line that you became emotionally invested in because two paragons of Dwarven society had fallen so far. By comparison, the Deep Roads in DA2 were a short diversion only there in order to set up the plot for the final act of the game. There were lots of Elvish and Human interaction in DA2, but much less in the range of Dwarven interaction.
5. I would like to see a return to the traditional dialogue trees rather than the wheel.

1. Nice Templars, DA2 helped little to get the point across that they are doing good things and providing a very important service. This game seems a perfect change to prove that the Templars can easily be considered the good guys, besides just showing a bunch of blood mages and say: "look at all these crazy mages!" Like that one scene where Meredith said: "and it breaks my heart to do it". THAT was the one moment in the entire game where something a Templar said made sense to me and brought sympathy to the difficult situation their duty can put them in. We need more moments like that. I also really liked the back story of the head seeker in the Assunder novel. An alternative could be a mage that truly believes in the Templar cause, thus offering a new insight.
2. Finding a way to let us bring characters with us to enrich the story without hampering your gameplay. The Deep Roads Expedition for example: If you were a Mage, you had to bring Carter and Anders with you in order to make a Grey Warden out of him, with your last spot being taken by Varric. At higher difficulties being stuck with Carter in such a glass cannon set up was quite a challenge, I usually end up just putting the difficulty level down to get pass the Rock Wraith. I still love the fact that bringing certain party members affected the outcome. I really really want that to still be in there (and was actually disappointed it didn't make it into ME3)
3. A 'rival' antagonist. I always enjoy having a face to put on my 'enemy'. Working up to a confrontation with that person feels fulfilling, such as the Landmeet or the end of ME1. If not possible because of story, you could at least get us a character that shows up a few times before we can take him out, as extra motivation in the beginning.
4. Faction approval: I am not really meaning a WoW like system, but more something that acknowledges previous actions. I found it quite weird that a pro-mage mage would get so much trust from someone like Meredith. I feel like if, as an example, I lied to Templars on numerous occasions and prevented them from doing their duty, when I get the option to join them in the main story they should turn me down dubbing me not trustworthy enough to get any offer from them. Or if I'm known to be a violent person, people won't ask me for a diplomatic mission where keeping a cool head is essential. As Merril said if you didn't give her the tool in Act 2: "I can't believe I'm asking your help again". I couldn't either.
5. An approval system that is more organic and doesn't encourage meta-gaming. in DA2 you got rewarded for ignoring a consistent character and instead playing the numbers game. I said things out of character simply to get rival or friendship points with certain characters. It detracts from the experience.

In DA3 i would like to be able to import my character from either Origins or 2 or both! lol. Would also like to be able to talk to my companions more often to increase the relationships i have with them...wish there hadn't even been a designated time to be able to talk to your companions once in a great while on DA2 :/ Is it wrong to say i would also like more sexual cut scenes for when you have sexual encounters with one of your companions? ><
I also like having the option to equip my companions with armer and the likes not just certain things.... and a larger storage on the character or a place where you can store things that your not using or don't need currently. Wouldn't mind more abilities either. Well can't think of much more to put into it BUT if i do i'll come back....oh and btw i've been posting around trying to get help with importing my Origins/Awakening/DLC character to DA2.....it tells me that the import was a success but its not MY character

OH one more thing before i forget....I would LOVE to know what's going on with flemeth/morrigan and her child...would also LOVE to keep the elf with lyrium in his veins (I CANT BELIEVE I FORGOT HIS NAME!) in DA3....handy to keep around...not to mention enjoyed his company...and what happened to Anders if you gave him the option to 'just leave'? I didn't kill him but was pissed at him.....

FORGOT THE MOST IMPORTANT thing i would like to have happen....after you finish the very main quest at the end of it all i would like to be able to continue traveling around killing things and talking to ppl and helping out in small side missions or something.....idk if there should be a level block or not.....
the reason i say that is because once you 'beat' the game and it ends where you can't do anything else you have no more use of the game iteself and it just sits in the case unless you feel like doing everything over and over again *sigh*. More options would be nice..... OR if you finish the very main quest (and depending on the actions you did to do them in) that some new quest comes up at the end of it that you need to take care of.....i would also like to be able to have the option(s) to have a story line that goes back to the original Origin actions you made....idk how to expain what i mean to that. Like at the end of the main quest do the normal of what happened afterwards because of the actions you chose going back from Origins and DA2. AND depending on (if they allow you to import your character from DA2 or Origins) have the Warden that defeated the archdemon and Hawke meet up or something like that!

1. tactical camera
2. a combat system (/ enemies) that tactics and abilities actually work in it
3. choosing any type of equipment for any type of party member (like DA:O)
4. bigger and more responsive world
5. no more stupid DLCs
and oh one more thing : no more awkward homosexuality

In no particular order.
1: Not forcing a character to be bisexual; they can be bisexual if they are bisexual and not because someone else says they are bisexual, the same with heterosexual and homosexual, I don't want to see their personalities ruined because the writers are told to make them all bisexual :<.
2: A polished story, can't stress this enough, I want the writing to be POLISHED BEYOND POLISHED, therefore the rest of the game will be an absolute joy to see. (this should actually be 1...)
3: A main character that is not a tough guy, I want to play a whimp who gets strong and brave, I want to see my character evolve. I don't want a character that starts off strong, because then my character has no place to evolve to.
4: Friendships that are two-way streets, so far every interaction with NPCs and companions has been you doing everything for the relationship, the NPCs do nothing for you even though you are in a sexual relationship with them.
5: Cullen as a companion, I wanted to give him cuddles as my Surana back in Origins, I want him as a main character in my new game

I posted here some time ago, probably at great length so I won't go into any of that again. However I do want to mention combat, or rather your opponents. Not being a combat person I was fine with DAO although it could have been a bit faster. I liked the tactical viewpoint and seeing the different effects of moves and spells. DA2 seemed to have some neat moves, but everything was so fast I couldn't really see them. Such a shame. And if Fenris knocks me over one more time . . .
But I'm getting off topic. Recently I downloaded a mod for Origins which makes every playthrough fresher. The modder created a pool of enemies that is randomized. Whenever you enter a new area you have different enemies to fight. Not the same number, not in the same place. For example, I entered one area taken over by darkspawn. There was an orange level drake and some sort of necromancer in the first room. I had to reload to a save before I entered the area, and when I re-entered for the first time there was no drake and no necromancer. There were more darkspawn who came from a second room.
Even the gauntlet sometimes had a darkspawn or two (but not always).
If Bioware could do something like that it would be great. An area might have it's 'stable' enemy supply but in addition there would be others. Random thug/bandit/mercenary types for those encounters, various wildlife in a second random pool and of course darkspawn. The story wouldn't change but every time you go to the Korcari Wilds it's a little bit different.
P.S. I would give credit to the modder but since I am not on that computer I regret to say I can't remember it.

I want more like DA:O than DA2.
1. A good story with lots of character (especially companion and LI) interaction.
2. Consequences of our choices. The choices you make in the game should affect more than which boss you fight first. The endings should be affected by how you play the game.
3. Romances.
4. More areas, preferrably diverse ones. I got tired of going to the same old dungeons in DA2.
5. More entertaining fights. I hated the DA2 system where enemies came in hordes and just kept coming. I prefer fewer but more difficult enemies rather than hacking and slashing my way though a horde of enemies.

1. Smaller, more realistic two handed swords. Able to be used with a shield or two handed.
2. One handed swords which don't look like 2-handed swords.
3. Pragmatic, realistic armor. No funky segmented overlapping plates which don't serve any function. No spikiness.
4. Deflection/Defensive animations (Parry, Block, Dodge)
5. Realistic fighting animations based on historical martial arts.

1. Warden and LI return/cameo. Perhaps if the Warden married Alistair and became King + Queen, they could have a heir? After all, its been 8 years.
2. Hawke and LI cameo.

4. Amazing storyline

1. Mostly original maps instead of mass cloning of 5-6 maps for side quests
2. Unique side quests that actually tie into the main storyline
3. Allow companions to wear any armor
4. Switch back to the DAO item system. DA2 has too many "junk" items that might as well be given as coins up front.
Also, many items have different names but exactly identical stats. Tha names frequently have no meaning for non-unique items.
For example, a demonic ring may be exactly the same as an "ornate ring". How hard would it be to tie the item names to its attributes?
Like demonic ring of fire would increase spirit and fire damages.
5. Quality over quantity. I prefer having 20 hours of original contents over spending 60 hours to repeat the same boring quests and visit the same areas over and over again.

The things that I would like to see Dragon Age 3 are:
1. It being on this generation of consoles
2. It to drop the awful name of Inquisition
3. A GOOD story the ties into the other Dragon Age games (unlike Mass Effect 3)
4. NO MULTIPLAYER
5. Unlimited amount saved character (Unlike the previous Dragon Age games)

1. Really good and immerse plot line, I'm really interested in this third game especially cause there's going to be political involvement and stuff
2. Romance options that are fewer in number but more fleshed out and established like Alistair in DA:O or Garrus and Kaiden in mass effect.
3. Maintain a good re-playable status like every game they've done and continue to make the future games funny and overall enjoyable like the previous two dragon age games.
4. Please don't make the multiplayer affect the story in anyway, mass effect 3 multiplayer did still affect the ending plus it detracts from the story and gives less time to focus on the actual main plot of the single player part.
5. Lots of dialogue with companions
