A Mass Effect Style armor customization screen with color options would be pretty boss.
Also, GIVE ME BACK MY ARCANE WARRIOR.
being able to have COLORED ARMOR would be fantastic

***7. Also outsource your hat creation department. Bioware, we have been through many games together. The reign of terrible hats needs to come to an end.

1: Playable origin stories.
2: Playable races.
3: Voiced PC.
4: Better combat system. I didn't really like combat in either DA game. DA:O's felt too slow and like I didn't really have any imput on what was going on. Too much relying on stats and dice rolls. DA2's was better, it played a bit like an MMO, but the cooldowns on attack were too long and they used up too much stamina/mana, which meant a lot of standing around auto attacking or mindlessly clicking to make my character attack. Also, like DA:O and MMOs in general, it felt a bit too reliant on stats and dice rolls. I don't expect a complete revamp where they make the game play like Skyrim of Fable or something, but I'd at least like a few different options for how to play the game. Maybe a tactical option for those who want the game to play like DA:O and then an action option where the game can play something like Guild Wars 2 and the encounters and enemy difficulty change based on what mode you've got the game set to.
5: Better and more interesting classes with more abilities for advanced classes. classes have felt poorly handled to me in both DA games. In DA:O, a lot of advance classes were really boring because they only gave you 4 new abilites. There was also a huge lack of selection. Mages had it worst. If you just wanted to play a standard mage who filled a dps role you had no options. Spirit healer was a healer spec, Arcane warrior turned you into a melee class and made you a tank, shapeshifter turned you into a melee dps and made you into an animal (which is something not everyone enjoys playing as) and blood mage changed how the class was played too much by making your spells cost health. There was no option just to give you a more powerful fireball or something. In DA2, it didn't even feel like advanced classes existed, and that was a bit boring too. In both games, some playstyles didn't feel like they were supported at all, like archers. This is not to mention the story surrounding classes. Running around as a blood mage and having no one call you out on it just did not make sense.
I'm hoping in DA3 classes and advanced classes will make more sense from a story perspective and that there will be more options and playstyles supported. I want an archer class or advanced class that gives me a bunch of cool different arrows to fire (and not traps or pets, I don't want to play a hunter, I want to play an archer). I want a mage advance class that gives me huge fireballs to throw and lets me call on amazing arcane power to directly damage my enemies.
And while still on classes, I don't want companions to be restricted to certain advanced classes. I hated that you were forced to take some companions over others because you needed a tank or healer and the companion you wanted to bring either couldn't fulfil that role either because they were the wrong class or because they didn't have access to a certain talent tree (like Merrill not being able to heal). All companions should have a tank, heal and dps advanced class or talent tree and it's up to you to decide what role they fill and build your party how you want instead of being forced to go with certain companions.
