4. You know in Dragon Age there are a lot of items, blades, shields, daggers and armors that are useless to you because you already have better equipment but that you want to keep anyway because they are unique, or just look beautiful or else. All you can do is put it all in your house's chests. What about adding racks and mannequins on which you could expose any weapon/clothes/armor you want.

An example with the armory room in Assassin's Creed where are put all the weapons you get/buy in the game: http://images1.wikia...II-Armory_2.png

If the player can have some kind a big house/manor in DA3 we need to have a room like this.

I definitely second this. As neat as the finery in Hawke's Hightown Estate was, it also prevented us from seeing what the items we equipped looked like. Being able to put equipment on display would also be a nice touch. I'm specifically thinking of the mannequins in Skyrim.

-five or six part members(+dog/or already with dog)
-rogues should have lockpick skill from beginning (like in DA 2)
-co-op, which I can see in two ways
Compromise co-op:seperated,tweaked campaign based on singleplayer part of game for co-op play (this is last compromise I can see between people who want do co-op and singleplayer fans(who don´t fundamentaly refuse idea of co-op)-so just do what you were planning already for Origins, but you hadn´t done)-with dual type of achievements which were in ME3. Uncompromise:full co-op support in whole game (include singleplayer campaign)
-Story,story,story-if it would have been boring, then no co-op,even if it would be most awesome on the world, will save you - and interesting quest, too quite important
-And focus on core singleplayer,on which you can later (maybe) build co-op part of game (see above)
-that is all what come to my mind, in this time-and most of all write others (expect that damn co-op) what I would have/had on my mind

1 i would like to see a more tactical and slow paced party based rpg in a huge beautifull open world to explore (open world like skyrim)
2 mature, more realistic dark and gritty storytelling.(for example like in the witcher 2)
3 more realistic medieval artsyle and graphics. (for example like in the witcher 2)
4 lots of customisation options, lots of spells (like in baldurs gate 2),  i like to be rewarded with exquisite loot through exploration and adventuring.
5 last but not least, when i spend over 60 hours or more with my character i have grown attached to them and want the ability to import them into a new game plus.

1) Return of "Origins" or a specific background (similar to ME1 but with a bigger role in the plot)

2) A REAL ending, the story has to have an introduction, a conflict and a resolution, not like DA2 and, of course, ME3. Ive want to know what happens to at least my companions, important npcs and different factions (DAO im looking at you)

3)Similar combat to DA2, but a bit more polished and more tactical.

4) Be able to customize my companions like DAO

5) Return of skills! And, maybe im dreaming, but with effect on dialogues (not only persuassion, also posion making, combat, etc etc)

1.)  Very engaging characters (in party and out of party).  Most of my points after this are pretty much derived from this.

2.)  Varric tells the story again.  His voice actor and writer were F'n epic.  The whole "What's happening now is actually the past" aspect of DA:2 was really the only good thing going for it.  It added enough speculation right of the start that you couldn't help but be interested in how everything was going to play through.

3.)  Morrigan and Flemeth.  I need closure.

4.)  Better combat.  DA:2 was too flashy and I had a hard time not having a seizure while I tried to make sense of what was going on.  It was too 'Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon / Matrix' for me.  Make the combat believable.

5.)  Localized story like in DA:2.  It was a great idea.  There's no use attempting to one-up the severity and impact the blight has on the world.

---- I HAVE MORE THAN 5!!! :) ----------

6.)  Pain and Suffering!  Nothing has more impact than losing a 'friend' in a game.  I like it when my party isn't equipped with 'plot armor'.  People gotta have a chance to die based on my command decisions.  Bioware titles flirt with this idea, but it is never implemented properly.  Mass Effect 2 was the closest you guys have come to this idea, but it just doesn't count to have them die at the climax.  Every corner needs to be a surprise.

Also on the note of death... it shouldn't be pre-decided where and when a character can die.  Bad playing, no healer or took too long to heal - If your party member dies... they die!  None of this crappy "knocked out" thing.  This allows for a few things, like leaving a party member to die.  If you want to solo the game with only your Mabari hound (man's best friend... ) it should be your choice.

7.)  The choice to be a leader or a just one of the crew.  Rather than pulling that whole auto-text crap option we got in ME:3, just give us the choice to put one of our party members in charge of the group.  At least then it fits.  You want to just hack and slash and watch the story unfold?  Step back and let Alistair or Morrigan call the shots.

8.)  Affect the environment around you.  DA:2 should have given you the option to damn, or save, Kirkwall.  Maybe you want it to be a haven for all?  Maybe you want it to become a shady city?  Maybe everything is fine as is....  your choice.

1. DAO2.
2. The Warden back from the Twilight Zone(in whatever role)
3. Loghain
4. Anora
5. Morrigan and her God-baby

Yes, I'm prepared for disappointment. Don't ask if you don't want to know, though.

Not usually a poster, but will make an exception for a "wishlist" thread

1. Reasonably functional female armor - I know you have a lot of people to please here, but this is my personal bugbear in all games always. In DA2, I thought you did this well, with most of the female armors being the same as the male versions. I honestly don't mind how NPCs look - I can fictionally respect and support their fictional right to wear what they like. But I want some control over this, for my character.

2. So that said, I bet a lot of people would be happy to see vanity armor slots - it may mess a little with the verisimilitude of things, but less so than me having to deck my rogue out in some skirty, low-cut outfit, just because that's what has the stats.

3. I liked some aspects of the dialogue wheel icons, but I did find myself thinking much less about the options, and just going along with whatever my default was (or always choosing "heart" if I was romancing someone). I would have loved to have been able to toggle the voice-tone myself, and have subsequent dialogue be spoken in that tone (way too resource-demanding, I'm sure). More reasonably, I wouldn't mind those icons being a little less frequent, or somehow more subtly incorporated (or just gone).

4. Gameplay led by the story, not to balance out boss fights. I'm looking at you, fickle, fickle Orsino...

5. I know this is already your strength, but more with the companions! Always more! Enough is never enough!

Can't wait - thanks for listening, nice Bioware people.

Small request, but I would like to have the option for the PC to be a Ferelden citizen again please. I'm attached to it I couldn't imagine being loyal to some Orlais scoundrels or some backwards Dalish Clan, thanks.

1. Dwarven women: The new concept looks good I did not notice the apeish hand in origins due to everyone walking like an ape in combat
2. Cole. I liked him in asunder.
3. Deliver karma to Adrian.
4. Orlais will have its noble dress in complete decadence no simple dresses found in kirkall or fereleden true puffy skirts and great balls.
5. More than one body type for humans since they will be most common race as always but at least a different body depending on said npc class.

1. Better combat. DA2 is much better than Origins but if your gonna do hack and slash go all the way. Some moves should have been button presses or combos instead of "powers". Examples, melee akin to sleeping dogs (without the counter bit of course although could be cool), charge up magic( hold down A to charge up a fireball from a fire blast). That way I don't fall asleep during endless waves :P
2. Specializations matter. Its weird to hear hawke judge blood mages when I am one. Also I think DAO had this better where you learn it from someone rather than just picking it up. Missions related to your choice would be cool. Even if it's only 3 ( Joining, Story, "Graduating")
3. Skills. In contrast to my first action rpg/hack and slash suggestion, skills would be welcome back. Speech in particular, although I did enjoy the whole personality reflects dialogue choices in 2.
4. More star conversation choices. I loved these but they really only worked for the mage. I would like to see all classes, backgrounds and specializations get special options when talking to people KOTOR style. Blood Mages mind controlling people, Rogues talking seeing other paths or charming there way outta things/stealth killing, Berserkers intimidating people or Reavers offering information about dragons etc.
5. Origins. If your force to be human at least make it so I can choose to be an aposate, a noblemen, a urchin etc.

1. Choices: Multiple origins, races, paths, and endings.

2. Better art: A more realistic art style, without the over the top combat
animations, and a lot more CC options. (and something like Black
Emporium mirror)

3. Dialogue: More dialogue options, and an end to paraphrasing.

4. Combat: The return of Cross class Combos, more tactic settings, and a
working hold button. A system that allows multiple viable combat styles.
Not just the straight DPS button mashing style.

5. More companion interaction: Have more of their quests tie into the main story. Be able to talk to
them more. Expand the romances. I don't mean sex scenes, i'm fine with
fade to black. Just if you are in a relationship it should show more.

I decided to make a more serious post.

1) Returning characters, you know of whom I speak. (Morrigan).

2) Conclusion/Continuation of the story of said character. (preferably continuation)

3) More expanded and deeper crafting system where I can entirely craft my own armor and weapons from materials gathered throughout the world. Bodahn and Sandal could help with this?

4) When I send spies to.. spy on my enemies, If alive, I want Zevran to do this! (With whom I get into contact with through our Grey Warden from DAO or perhaps Isabella, or maybe even Alistair, considering Zevran offered his assassination services to him if Alistair becomes king)

5) A game that will redeem the Dragon Age franchise.

I don't know what the timeline of DA3 is going to be, but:

1. Choices that matter and have impact throughout length of game
2. Exciting, but tactical gameplay
3. A distinct and interesting art direction and design
4. Make sure all the races that we know play great roles, and not just as fodders.
5. Continue the gray morality, which makes the game fun to play as a whole.

Another thing: can the team improve their companion gauge + gift system (approval/disapproval --->> friend/rival -->> ??) to be more meaningful and transparent? Because less gifts in DA2 was, in my opinion, the right direction, but figuring out which gift to who was, I felt, in completely disorder. It had no meaning to figure out what gift to who.

reused areas, important choices, customization have all been voiced, so-
1.classes with specific roles- i.e a rogue begins with spike damage (backstab) and crowd control (miasmic flask)....a specialization grants a third- bards (buffing), assassin (dps)
2. additional classes/specializations- how about a skirmisher class that handles damage and off tanking...again, and specialization to add a role- Mage/Golem master (adds a tank pet), Spirit Warrior (adds healing, maybe)
3. take me to a knew terrain! lets see the jungle, or a swamp, or the desert....complete with monsters that fit, maybe the need to find water to survive
4.specific, recurring enemies who defeat you at times-think jon irenicus or any final fantasy boss
5. skills- reinsert them like in the first game. in fact, expand their uses, forging weapons and armor would be great, but let me use them in dialouge and to create alternate solutions to problems i encounter in the game.

3. The option for arcade-style combo moves for people who play via console. Tactics can also be an option, especially for those hardcore PC gamers. I think both should be in the game.

Being a 'console gamer' has absolutely nothing to do with not liking tactical combat. Way to perpetuate a stupid stereotype. Bioware already made a game like that, it's called Dragon Age 2, you've heard of it I take it? If you like to punish your thumbs during combat that's fine, but don't rope all us console players in with you.

Trista Faux Hawke wrote...

I liked not having to worry about tactics in DAO and DA2.(I'm a console gamer.)

You don't say?
Regardless, that you dislike tactical thinking has zero percent to do with the fact you play on console. That is your preference, not a 'console players' preference.

I play on console and I LOVE tactics. Absolutely love them.

Yeah, so do I! When console gamers say or imply tactical combat is a 'PC thing' it infuriates me. It just furthers the stereotype that console players are drooling, button mashing simpletons, who need Dragon Age 2 type hand holding to carry them through an RPG.

1) More party banter
2) More fleshed out combat for both PC and console
3) Don't dumb down the inventory on PC because of consoles like DA:2, it may be more work but it would be really worth it in my eyes
4) Companion gear and inventory, like in DA:O, DA:2 companion inventory and gear was such a complete let down
5) Tie in from characters and story in previous games, maybe give the warden a voice this time? :D

I know I’m going over the five but I want to add more to the topic
6) More armour, more weapons, more gear, and no rehashed models. More variety please
7) My absolute pet peeve with DA:2 was recycled content, scenes, rooms, back drops, dungeons. Please create way more unique rooms, textures, mobs etc. Seeing the same thing ruins the immersion sometimes
8) Much more customisation

1. Dwarven women for sure. I was thrilled about their inclusion in DA:O, and then they were completely washed out of DA2. We need our curvy sassy dwarvas back!

2. More realistic, grounded combat. Stabbing a guy, and him exploding in response is not awesome. It's stupid, and it made the fights feel cheap and flimsy. Also, bring back the slow-motion KO moments, like jumping onto the ogre. THOSE were awesome, because their relative rarity made them feel earned. Plus they made more logical, real-world sense than the physics going on in DA2.

3.This always bugged me in DA2...the environments of that game were really quite beautiful, provided your camera was always facing up. Most people play looking DOWN or at least level with their character, and in DA2 this meant looking at a lot of brown floor. It was a waste of good art and design work! Keep the perspective of the player in mind when designing environments.

4. Organic, branching romance arcs, and relationships in general. In DA2, romancing a character was as simple as spamming the heart icon. You didn't even need to read what it said. This removed a lot of the sense of discovery, and I always consider that to be the most delicious part of a romance --and what separates mere collections of flirty dialogue from a love story. Of course, DA:O wasn't perfect for this...after a certain point, you ran out of things to say entirely. That still needs to be resolved, but I don't think the strict (and frankly, unnatural) rationing of dialogue that was in DA2 is the answer.

5. I'll add my voice to the chorus of hundreds: our choices need to matter!! My canon should be respected and built upon, not treated as an inconvenience to your designs. If Morrigan shows up, she needs to KNOW that she was sister to my Warden. God-baby, if chosen, must be a thing. Who Hawke sided with should matter. Whether Anders lives or dies should matter. As much as is possible, the world we have shaped so far should be apparent. I'd consider this my highest priority request.

1. More Qunari
2. More Tal'Vashoth
3. Better character development for party members. (The Arishok was the most well-rounded character in DAII, and he wasn't even around for all three acts)
4. Love interests that involve love. One or two wham, bam, thank-you-ma'am LIs is all well and good, but there should be a few options that involve the characters developing real feelings for each other.
5. Kossith Tal'Vashoth LI. Maraas was sexy and I want him.

1. Shale
2. Progression (both from a strong central plot that has defined points of progression, and from the natural progression of the game into visibly stronger characters, better loot, and new environments)
3. More frequent companion interaction, and more range of topic (instead of always one central issue or "personal quest"-type event)
4. Enhanced party management and AI
5. Kate Mulgrew (and whatever process led to her being listed with the "Additional Voices" in DA2 had better be rectified, no joke)
