Personally I want Alistair to make an appearance. He should be making some kind of inquiry as to how his wife, the queen, managed to just disappear.

I know there are more important things  but  this  is something I want to finally  see  and was disapointed that it was not possible in awakenings

Female dwarve sub plot  romance option ( Maybe i'm just  a wierdo to wanna see that.)

and also  I'd like to see the stats  actually  return to what they were in origins

I don't want have to raise  cunning  for my defense or  health can't remember which one it was in DA2 that confused the heck out of  me  or am I  just imagining  it  but I could swear  that  is how it was in my experience with that game.

that is all I can think of right now because  I think everybody else probably  nailed the more important things.

1. Player customization, more than just more varieties of armor, but also facial customization. Also, have the ability customize the race and origin of the player.
2. Companion customization, being able to customize party armor.
3. More companion interaction, I miss being able to talk to a party member whenever and not just at their home base.
4. More variety in the areas we explore, I got tired of seeing the same area over and over in DA2.
5. Decisions that matter, I want choices I make have impact on the world not just from DA3 but from DA:O and DA2 as well.

1. Better armor. Please no more dresses for mages.

2. better combat sinarios. Fighting waves of thieves and slavers and mages and everything was just kind of silly. It made those moments when you actually were against overwhelming odds made it seem underwhelming.

3 Arcane Warrior. It was a great specialization in DA1. Bring it back please.
4. a better blood mage. they kind of sucked in passed games and being one didn't feel like it should have.

**********5.A DESIRE DEMON! I'm completely serious.**********

1. Get rid of the stupid dialogue wheel, back to full phrase answers, pref. not voiced I don't feel it's necessary, but that's just my opinion, even knowing full well it's going to be voiced. More responses that actually lead down different branches.

2. Slow down the combat. DA2 was so absurd and over the top, it was all flash no substance. Let's look at the successful DA:O formula and improve upon it.

3. A coherent, focused plot. DA:O had a well written/interesting plot line, it was resolved at the end, it had an epilogue, almost all questions were answered. This is what DA3 needs and what DA2 lacked severely. Tone it down with the whole Mage vs Templar plotline, it doesn't have to be the main focus, this was explored in Origins but it wasn't the main plotline and it worked perfectly.

4. Player customization. Better character creation tools, more options for hair, change what our armor looks like (color, textures, whatever) and allow us to do the same with companions. I'd like to see some kind of crafting system as well, but that's a long shot. Also, I think it would be nice for us to change the way our armor looks but keep the stats of another item, people have different tastes in what they like visually our characters to wear, so don't limit us to wearing something we find ugly because it has better stats, it totally kills immersion. A more in-depth enchantment system!

5. More talents/abilities. Bring back restorative/supportive magic please! It was toned down too much in DA2. DA:O had a plethora of supportive buffs and regenerative magic, let's bring that back and make it all useful this time. More talent trees, more depth to them then DA2/DA:O, more specializations.. there should be multiple ways to play a character, not like 'tank or dps' but things that aren't seen so much in RPGs anymore. Such as a rogue becoming a bard (ala Origins, but it becoming an actual playstyle), this allows for interesting group combinations and re-playability as it would actually feel different playing rather than going from a melee rogue to a ranged rogue.

1. Definitely a better and longer plot (like Origins), but have a good amount of side quests (like in DA2). Here's an idea, you sometimes in the plot could play your Warden, then your Hawke, and your 3rd person. (although, i think the game should be about Warden and Hawke teaming up, but whatever)
2. Companions like Morrigan, Fenris, Varric, Isabela, Merril, Sten, Zevy, Sebastian, Alistair, and others to have cameos or have be companions. (Love interests would be your first companion.) It would be cool though if you could have a love interest in a female character like a Qunari/Kossith.
3. Maybe change the combat system a bit, you know, add in auto attack.
4. For the dialogue, get ride of the wheel and do it like you did in Origins, but have the voice actors please. I don't want a mute main character to play and if the warden does show up, at least give her/he a voice too.
5. For locations, give me like ALL of Thedas! Ferelden, Kirkwall, Orlais, Starkhaven, Tevinter Imperium, and hell even Antiva! We've never been to half of these places and I wish to explore! You could even make an achievement out of it! "Explore all of Thedas."

Yeah, that's it. lol

1. DA2 style combat

2. Tier leveling weapons to return instead of random weapons

3. Being able to reach the level cap

4. Blood Magic tree to include draining life from enemies instead of allies

5. New hairstyles to include Fenris' and default Hawkes (both genders)

Edited my 2 other picks

1. A great and memorable antagonist, preferably an individual we can really hate or even fear if they are particularly powerful. I was rather indifferent with the Archdemon as he never did anything to personally wrong us, the villain from 2 were simply misguided and warped by an outside influence. I would prefer one that is ever present in the plot, but its fine also if they appear midway or towards the end, AS LONG as they are heavily alluded to and make sense as the "final opponent"...even if we merely defeat them or delay them, rather than outright killing them.

2. I don't mind the combat style of 2, but the constant waves out of thin air, and the snappy and over the top combat animations could use toning down. My main point in regards to the combat though, is that I would really like to see things back at the scale of the Infinity Engine games, especially Baldur's Gate 2, and Throne of Bhaal. Lots of things going on, enemy attacks to really watch out for and plan against, and long, hard fought boss encounters that are more than a damage race.

3. If this is intended to be the last game, or at least the last one for a long while, I would not mind seeing many previously established plot threads resolved or otherwise addressed in some way, along with some more elucidation regarding the old gods, Intelligent Darkspawn, Dumat, the maker, Flemeth, Sandal, and other things that have long since hovered in the background of the other two games.

4. Varied locales and dungeons/locations I believe have already been stated as a goal, besides that, I would also like to see great set pieces for battles to coincide with that, especially if we are talking big boss battles taking place in very meaningful locations. Overall, less of only one city, or repeated locations, and more variety...and especially more atmosphere.

5. A much stronger main narrative of the story. It's good to have side events, but much of Dragon Age 2 felt incredibly disjointed, especially in regards to the issue of the Qunari, then the issue of the Mages and Templar. In the first game, it was always about stopping the Archdemon/blight, and it felt more focused because of that in my opinion.

1. Narrative choice. Going to love seeing how you solve this.
2. If I replay the game and get mad at the lack of choice impact you're doing it wrong.
3. More interesting or the elimination of stat point spending.
4.Interesting innovations
5. Something I can't think of that will blow me away.

An immersive world I care about

Loveable charecters that have emotion and that make me care about them

Choices that matter, I dont want to work hard for no reason, ME3 should be a wake up call

Charecter Interaction, was terrible to see how little charecter interaction both ME3 and DA2 had

Replayability, give me diffrent starts like origins, maybe based on class this time, a mage is being interigated by templars, a rogue is in a dungeon, a warrior framed for murder, just something that sets the charecters apart

1)Arcane Warrior
2)Battlemage
3)Tactical Combat
4)Dual Wielding warriors who can use bows/crossbows
5)Blood Mages that actually wreck things and are worthy of fear.

1.Quick weapon button switch( I didn't like going to the menu and manually switching to my bow >.<)
2.More interactions with party members (especially romances )

3.Change the combat speed slightly.

4.No Multi-player. If there is MP, don't involve it with the SP story. I don't want to play MP just to complete a quest or something along those lines.

5.More feminine hairstyles! I don't expect long hair to the hips(clipping issues which I don't mind but others do) but you could make some hairstyle like a ponytail with side-swept bangs =] Kind of like default F!Hawke hairstyle and add a pony tail. Also, please include the hair moving in cutscenes. That was awesome

Let's see...

1) CLOSURE. THIS IS MY NUMBER ONE. None of this "Oh, maybe Hawke is alive somewhere, IDK, and oh, I guess the Warden is gone, too, maybe they're up to something but we'll never know" NONSENSE, please give us some real, definitive CLOSURE on our characters!

2) TONS of romance content. Tons of REFERENCES to the romance content. Tons of references to the romance content in PREVIOUS GAMES, even. The more lines you have about how my Hawke and my Warden are off snuggling up to their respective love-interests, the happier I'll be!

3) The godbaby. Please, make this character MATTER! Make his existence (or lackthereof) actually MATTER! Make him felt, and make his absence equally felt! Please, give us real, tangible consequences for our choices!

4) Awesome characters from DA:O that DIDN'T make it to DA2, like Shianni! Seriously, she was AMAZING and I would NOT complain if I saw her again. I would also be incredibly pleased to find out what became of Finn and Ariane after the events of "Witch Hunt." Perhaps they're still together? How is Finn handling the loss of the Circle? New characters are great, but please bring back some of our old favourites, too!

5) The same gender and sexuality equality that was represented in DA2, that I, quite frankly, have come to EXPECT from the Dragon Age series. Please don't back-track on representing gender and sexuality equally, please just continue to move forward!

1. Race selection (Human, Elf, Dwarf and Kossith) and improved character customization. Down to body shapes and musculature.

2. More in depth NPCs. With the possibility to take non-companion characters as LIs. (A few extra characters who are non-combat oriented, with well tailored story-lines, quests and outcomes would be a refreshing change and more immersive in my opinion.) Such characters could range from a politician/Magister, a blacksmith/merchant, a prostitute, etc. Also, returning from a long string of quests and having your LI react to the decisions you made during that time could be interesting.

3. Resolutions/Answers to Questions/Fill the Gaps from previous games and novelizations. I am sure the fans could provide a list. Especially before more big questions arise before the end of this game.

4. Appropriate tweaks to classes. Warriors should have the option to use any weapon (aside from magic staves) due to life spent presumably on the front lines and martial training (ie: being damage dealers). Rogues (as they've always been) should be the skill monkey class and have the largest amount of options and ways of doing things. Mages should continue to be as they've always been- glass canons who's are only restricted by what their magic allows.

5. Lori Ann and Corey Cole. :)

hopefully the feature in DA2 where you can import an unfinished DA:O game (if you get stuck) and the unmade choices just go to default.

Also i'd like a feature that maybe after a certain amount of deaths it will give you a skip option for the battle. Alot of people play for the story and there's nothing worse than getting stuck in a game you really love.

1. More Sandal and the potential tie-in with:
2. Flemeth, who has a huge potential story arc

3. A happy middle ground in the customization between DA:O and DA:II, but leaning toward DA:O version

4. A bit less of the button-mash-fest battling style

5. More of the smarmy Hawke type conversation choices

1. Able to play different races like Origins and having a backstory to your character

2. Rare items that can only be found by doing strange, weird and totally off the main quest type of things.

3. Finding set items that you would want to use as you find them and not sticking with the same old armor for 10 levels

4. Good looking armor, not just a beefy metal plate but something stylish

5. More sidequests like Origins, just more. Fun ones :)

Skyrim had those Dark Brotherhood and Thieves guild quests, I loved those, took me 2 days to get through each of them.

Also I heard somewhere that you are looking at open world like Skyrim, if so please have tons of unique quests (no courier ones coz they suck)

1. Please show that you've learned from the mistakes made in DA2 and ME3.
2. An extended character creator which allows for the creation of very different looking characters. Maybe an additional expert menu where you can manipulate some parameters "beyond recommendation".
3. The return of the the 3-way tonality voice acting (what is this system officially called anyway?). For me it was one of the main reasons to replay DA2 despite its flaws, because it made each Hawke feel very different.
4. A visible (or audible) impact of the decisions made in DAO and DA2. The import feature was one of the greatest ideas in story driven gaming. Please make more use of it where appropriate.
5. Profit

I hope you guys see this post! Top 5 things I really want to see in DA3

1. A more detailed character creator - More hairstyles, facial presets, eye shapes, nose shapes and most importantly a body slider. I would love to have the option to make my character more skinnier or buff - It would add more customization to the PC.

2. A dramatic story, that ends with closure. I love dramatic stories - Like Mass Effect 3. The scenes in that game were so emotional. They did this through their dialogue and soundtrack. So overall I hope I can see a very emotional and dramatic side to the Dragon Age universe - This could be through character deaths or even a betrayal. But the story can't all be depressing. I think it should have closure as well. The ending should have a lot of closure and also let us know what became of all the characters.

3. The ability to choose our own background - I know that the PC will most likely be human but there really should be more personalization to each of our own characters. A good way to do this is to choose our own background. Mass Effect did this - It had 3 options. I know the origin stories are too much to do in modern games but a short textual background choice would be a perfect substitute.

4. A larger amount of dialogue choices that are 100% clear - In DA2 I felt like the dialogue choice I made was not always what Hawke would say. I think the dialogue wheel system should make it clearer what our actions/words will actually be. I would also like more dialogue choices. For example - If I wanted to pursue a love interest I could click the heart symbol which would give me further choices on how I would like to pursue the relationship. I would have the options (for example) to take the relationship slow, flat out say I love you, or just sex. I would also like more investigate options as well, that may open up additional dialogue choices. Overall I think this would be a great idea and could be implemented greatly for the fans.

5. Make sure the choices matter - I want this game to have a huge replay value. Say my PC was a mage. This should have a huge impact on the story and how things are perceived. Say I make the choice to side with someone - This should have impact throughout the rest of the game. I would also love previous choices from DA:O and DAII to have a fairly large impact on the story, not just minor ones.

Hope you read and take some of my ideas into consideration Bioware. Cheers.

1. A coherent plot with central conflict. Dragon Age II didn't work out, with it being the story of Hawke's rise to power.
2. No implausible waves of easily-killed enemies. If you have a burning desire to make us face massed enemies, then rustle up an army or two.
3. No clothed sex scenes! Go with ME-style R-rated snippets, then naked-under-the-covers for the post-coitus dialogue.
4. Do not give us a binary choice between supporting the mages and supporting the templars. Give us a third option.
5. Fewer shades and giant spiders.

As an add to my earlier thing, I would really like to see more unique bestiary and lore. Some of the lesser explored demon types, spirits, and even the non-enemy creatures to fill up the world a bit more. The disappearance of the Halla in DA2 and seemed like it was only mentioned in passing.

I would like more character interaction like in da:o, I enjoyed going to camp and talking to everyone and learning about them.
Imo the fighting style like kingdoms of amular is awesome, it is fun but not complicated. No auto attack and no wav attacks, please.
Lots of areas to explore, side quests and companion quests.
A strong story line.
Keep the story connected, find a way to pull us in and make us care about what happens not just act 1,2,3
