I would like you guys to not feel so intimidated by sex scenes. Ever since Mass Effect 1 you have censored it more and more. You're an M rated title, use that freedom to express yourselves, Far Cry 3 sure didn't give a damn about what Fox News might say (and you shouldn't either, it's Fox)

More satisfying kills. Making people explode after you stabbed them was redunculous. Decapitations with swords, and neck breaking with hammers would be more fitting.

1. Non-combat skills (ie. Coercion, Herbalism, etc)

2. Not having to get to a specific area / point in the game to be able to talk to my NPCs!

3. I realise this battle has been lost, but -- silent protagonist and no dialogue wheel

4. Isometric view, and slower, tactical combat. Without the ridiculously OTT animations. And backstab not being a trained skill, but automatic when you are positioned behind an enemy.

5. Return to Approval instead of Friendship/Rivalry -- or at least, a more forgiving mechanism such as gifts in Origins

1. I'd like to see the what happen to Morrigan and the child she had,
2. A story where the Hero actually rules the Realm.
3. The return of Leliana, the Qunari Sed from D.A.O, Fenris And Isabella.
4. Any addons to be intergrated to the main storyline not just stand alones.
5. Griffins we hear how the Grey Wardens used the in the days of old why can't we use them now.

Being able to chose when I want to talk to my squad like in Me2 and DAO. If we get more of that DA2 crap I don't think I will be buying da3. After the horrible reception that system got after daoA I was amazed Bioware decided to reimplement it in da2.
That is 1-5 for me

5. Non-combat skills. I miss having to train skills to make my character convincing in conversation.

4. Less flashy combat animations. At least in DA:O twohanded weapons weighed more than cardboard.

3. Dwarven romance options. Varric was the only interesting, non-bland, 3-dimensional character in DA2. Even in DA:O I thought Oghren was too revolting to begin with, but he grew on me when I started a playthrough with a more socially inept and revolting character.

2. Brown smelly teeth. A complete lack of dental hygiene makes the medieval setting believable. Or at least make it an option in character creation.

1. Oghren cameo.

I know I've posted here before, but I played MotA for the first time a few days ago, and it made me want something more than the other stuff I posted.

A suit of armor for rogues that looks like what the Orlesian Harlequin assassins wear.

Here is a quote from Zero Punctuation’s Silent Hill Homecoming review that sums up what I think DA3 “should” do: “Maybe if the original creators of something don't want to continue it then you should listen to them, because otherwise you're only making it to please the fans. And why would you want to do anything for fans? I mean, I'm a Silent Hill fan and I've just spent the whole review whining like a broken motor. Fans are clingy, complaining dips---s who will never ever be grateful for any concession you make. The moment you shut out their shrill, tremulous voices, the happier you'll be for it.” If anyone thinks that DA3 will make fans happy if it removes the voice-acting, the multiplayer (or co-op or whatever it will be), stops using Frostbite, and returns everything to how it was in Origins, they’re wrong.

1. Romance

2. A romanceable guy who doesn't tell me about all the dead women he's been with (think Zevran, Carth Onasi, that guy from Jade Empire... I'm sure there were more). Preferably a strong, sexy bad guy.

1. PLEASE WATCH FOR THOSE PLOT HOLES!

ME3, DA2, and even ME2 were filled with some pretty glaring ones.

i want it to be more like Skyrim... you know leveling up what u like using like archery by hitting enemys with an arrow. or leveling sneaking by sneaking unnoticed.. traveling and adventuring like on skyrim and final fantasy 7 and 8.. be able to choose your own race.. better romance storys.. dont make other races hella ugly.. make them cute.. u ruind the elfs in dragon age 2 big time.. now being able to breed and riase animals like in final fantasy 7 with the chocobos would b awsome.. like horses or wolves to help you fight or you can ride to travel. i want 2 b able 2 transfer my previous D.A saves to next instalment...

1. Lengthy, well written plot
2. Choices that have consequences
3. New engine
4. New combat
5. The ability to play an evil character, and add more decisions that aren't overwhelmingly Chaotic Stupid

Five things I want to see in DA3.I may have a few more so forgive me if I intrude and bend the rules a little bit.

1.I would like a detailed and deep story. Involving companions and the new protagonist
2.Multiple endings,longer endings. Much like DA:O
3.Quest/Map set-up
4.Character designs (terrible terrible terrible job in DA2 preferred character design in DA:O)
5.More cliff hangers. (Like Morrigan and the Old God child and Flemeth)
------------------------------------------
Things I believe need serious improvement.
1.Speech wheel if the character is allowed to speak and gestures a witty remark we should get a witty responds not the same dialog no matter what you pick.
2.Companions. Relationships come by to easily for certain characters.(Anders,Isabela,Zevran,Leliana..Isabela I understand and Zevran I understand, but still came by to easily)
3.Map lay outs. The ages it was based around some areas seems to modern for the time frame.  (A wee bit to many off the map spots in DA2,and I could have cared less about repeating maps at least I never got lost lol)
4.Leveling up system. I preferred the lay out of DA:O with spells and talents then having to use my analog to pick the upgrade for a talent.
5.RESPAWN...Or at least more battles and better distributed experience. (Some battles v.s 4 people gave you more exp then fighting 6 or 7 stronger enemies.)
6.Cut scenes I like to loot the person I just killed and not be done with the battle and go directly into a cut scene and not be able to get the coin or items the enemy dropped.

1. Returning of companions (Isabela, Leliana, Morrigan, Alistair mainly)
2. Closure as to what happened with the Warden and Hawke (and their LI)
3. New protagonist teams up with Hawke and/or Warden
4. Decisions from previous titles have more impact
5. More interactions with companions and LI (it was done fairly well in DA2 but i felt it was lacking something

1) Open world exploration- I want to be able to travel the world when I want to. I don't mind if the beginning I'm stuck in a single area, but I want to get out of that area and go somewhere else.

2) Romances - Past and new romance options would be amazing. I really lovved how in depth the romance quests were in DA 2 and how the conversations in DA 1 shaped how your hero treated their love interest. It was awesome. More instances were your romance is tested would be a plus as well. Getting the girl is only half of the battle.

3) Keep DA 2 combat engine- I really loved the way it flowed and how cool it was. Just did not like how it took 10,000 button clicks to kill a regular enemy on the hard difficulty. I know that hard means they will hit harder and have more health, but when it takes more than 100 button hits to kill a single enemy, everyone is going to get sick of it. Also hated how the random monsters spawned all of the place, making positioning somewhat pointless. I suppose it's more realistic since no enemies are going to give you the chance to set up perfectly and run in a straight line for you, but something more doable with your party so they don't get 1 shotted would be great.

4) Customizable main hero - I don't mind too much about the companions looks, but the hero I would love it to be like the original dragon age origins. It had branching beginnings and you could choose who your hero was and how he came to be. It also changed how some people treated you, it was an amazing game mechanic.

5) More banter between the characters. It's said a million times, but this is an awesome game mechanic.

  • Non-voiced protagonist - it's ME who's the protagonist (and speaks the lines), not some actor who follows my directions (more or less). This is supposed to be a RPG, not an interactive movie!
  • Item lore, and more lore in general. And respect your own lore!
  • Stick to WRPG, and drop the anime character design!
  • A leveling/stat/skill system worthy of our intelligence! (Seriously, ONE relevant stat for each class??) Including more freedom in how to build a character (like the ol' double-wielding DEX warrior)
  • More-than-one-dimensional companions, with more personality than "Hey, you hit the "heart" button twice – let's have hot, albeit implicated sex!". (Still, better sex scenes! It should be rated M for a reason!) Romance shouldn't be entirely the player's choice, there should be companions who aren't available for a romance.
Bonus:
  • An early end to that immensely boring Mage/Templar war. Or at least relegate it to a very distant background, so we can take care of really interesting things.

One interesting thing that could be done is the warrior having specific class action interupts similiar to what the rouges and mages had in DA2 that fits the class, whether its using 2h weapons, dual wield, or weapon/shield.

I'm also interested in possible future weapons/armour for warriors in the future. Will we still be able to create powerful two handed warriors, wield powerful+mighty swords? Will the armour for a warrior Inquisitor be something similiar to a crusader with the Inquisition Emblem on it? Would be somewhat sweet if we could do a chain of quests similiar like the one you could do for Vigilance in DAO. A friend of mine, Benjamin Sawyer and I (aka altslash) worked on a few ideas together of possible warrior gear. Could we tweet our latest one to you guys sometime? Thanks and hope to hear from you soon.

 1. Ability to choose race
2. Ability to give teammates armor (like in DA:O)
3. Being able to make major choices throughout the game
4. If your going to make us choose a side, please don't make it so the final battle is the same (DA2's choice of sides still resulted in the same 2 boss fights at the end:mellow:)
5. Finaly, if you advertise your game as having multiple endings, please make sure they are actually different (joking, joking :innocent:)

I hope Bioware rethinks the whole "Humans only" thing. Bring back dual-wield, more factions to join, larger categories for weapons, ETC.

1.) Warriors being the damage dealers and rogues the utility characters:
I really dislike the idea that someone who has trained for combat for some/most/all of their life exists (mostly) just to take a beating, yet someone who is lightly armed and generally shanking people with smaller weaponry is a feared death dealer. Rogues are generally a must have anyway to deal with traps and locks, why must they also be the most feared physical combatant?

2.)Flirts/Flirting: During the course of a romance, or even once it is complete, I would like the option to flirt with my love interest. Something similar perhaps to the flirt packs mod for baldur's gate 2

3.)A romantic option that is more courtship than the "Hey, you're nice and supportive, lets go to bed" style that seems to be prevalent.
Think old fashioned. Maybe even a proposal and marriage if time/plot allows.
Something more in the vein of the Saerileth npc mod for baldurs gate 2. Not necessarily the things that made her controversial, like her age, but just the style in which it was much more courtship than physical.

4.)The abilities/spells of mage PCs or companions to be able to influence conversations or cutscenes: If you need to intimidate someone and happen to have the horror spell handy, it can be used in conversation, someone is about to be killed in a cutscene and you have forcefield or are a healer etc, you can influence the outcome. I am sure a creative designer could think of many more ways to implement this than just my example.

5.) Making weaponry less class dependent: If I want to have a warrior who is more a quick knife fighter, or a rogue who likes to use a longsword and buckler, let me do it :)

Edited for typos
